Clean, Beautiful getaway in paradise

This 2 bed room condo was exactly as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils. Bedrooms had clean linens and furniture was as expected throughout the condo.This will be our choice when when we come back

Excellent condition, beautiful view, super clean.

We had a great 5 night stay. The Condo was as nice, if not nicer than the online pictures. Beautiful view & super clean! The check in process was easy and we had excellent communication. We saw the sunrise & sunset from the same balcony. 5 stars in every way!

Perfection!

This was our first visit to The Palms - really enjoyed it! We have been to the area before but not to this condo. Love that it is a smaller building, and it is very well maintained. The condo is perfect, there were only 2 of us, so plenty of room, clean, and is very nicely decorated, and has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! The view is awesome and the balcony chairs are comfy - where we spent the majority of our time! Warning to anyone with 'knee' issues, the last step off the boardwalk is a little far down to the sand. Parking is next to and on the end of the building, and the 'spots' on the flat area are tight to maneuver-building pillars make it a tight fit, (we have a jeep, but a huge truck might find it more difficult) and the others are on a little 'hill' with no obstruction. Carts are provided for bringing all your gear in. The little Tom Thumb is only a walk away, for necessities. Communitcation with the owner is great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation getaway

Great location! Wonderful ocean view. Host was very responsive to all questions.The beach service was a great addition and the extra beach chairs in the condo were an added plus so all four of us had a comfortable place to lounge close to the water's edge. Good restaurants and attractions nearby. Would recommend for a relaxing experience.

This property is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean, modern space. Loved the view from the balcony and master bedroom. We would love to come back!

Great Getaway!

Stop obsessively reading reviews and just book this now. Trust me! Very nice condo, great location, very close to beach. Not too crowded, which after walking up and down the beach made us realize how lucky we were to choose this spot. Chair service was very nice and an unexpected benefit. Fast internet, nice appliances, well stocked with everything you might need in a kitchen. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Location

The condo was super cute and super clean. The ease of getting to the beach was a blessing as my mom, who is undergoing chemo, was with us. Having beach chair service was a plus as well. We loved that this wasn’t one of the massive condo buildings…loved seeing the same folks each day.

Perfect Getaway

The property met our needs perfectly. Having 2 bathrooms is a must with our family. The condo was clean. It was quick and easy access to the beach. The view from the room and balcony was beautiful. It’s outside the crowds of Destin, but close to everything. Added bonus. There were two pool noodles in the closet that we made good use of. Plus, when my son got a jellyfish sting, the white vinegar under the kitchen sink came in quite handy.

Excellent stay

We were supposed to have friends join us but at the last minute, they were unable to join. So it ended up being a week long get away for me and my husband. The condo was exactly as described. Exactly what we wanted and decorated beautifully. The beach service was a plus. Will definitely be back!!!

Great place to stay on Okaloosa Island

This is a nice condo right on the beach. We enjoyed being able to sit on patio and see the ocean or just walk out to the beach. The included chair service was a very nice touch. We did use some of the beach chairs, equipment and towels from the condo. The pool area is a little small but it was never busy. The only very minor complaint we had was the pillows. I'm sure this is just personal preference, but we would have liked fluffy, thicker pillows. If you are driving, bring yours from home. We flew so didn't have that option. The only other item is to pay attention to the parking instructions. I almost had my car towed due to not reading them carefully. Totally my fault. Love the condo and would definitely go back!

Outstanding Condo in Fantastic Location!!!!

We were down for my daughter’s dance competition, this was the perfect place. It’s less than 2 miles from the Convention Centre. The balcony is awesome we used it every night. Also the beach with the included umbrella/chairs worked out perfectly. We also got lucky the Blue Angels performed the week we were down. We will be back!!! Highly recommended!!!

Cute Condo

We typically enjoy the Destin/Fort Walton area but the weather was unfortunately not on our side for this week getaway. Therefore, we had a lot of room time! The condo was nice and the area with less than 25 condos was quiet. Big bonus for this rental was fact it was on the beach with a nice view! The owners are great with communication and handle any issues promptly. Here are a couple of things I wish I had seen in reviews regarding the listing but are not the fault of the owners. Honestly, we would have probably changed our reservation had we known a couple of these. 1. There is no trash chute in the building. You have to walk the trash to the end of the hillside parking lot and put it in the dumpster. 2. The parking lot is very awkward and I am pretty sure another car swiped my front bumper in it. Be mindful if you have a larger vehicle. 3. While “beach service” is provided, it is “first come, first served” as opposed to reserved. 4. Accessing the beach is difficult if you have any mobility issues. There is a large step between the sand the stairs. There should probably be another step added. Thank you for allowing us to share your space! 💚

Everything was great!

Nice place to stay. We have been to Okaloosa Island several times and we liked this place the best. Beach service is nice and you can walk to the conviencence store.

Great Beach Stay

We really enjoyed the proximity and ease of access to the beach. The beach service was great and reliable. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. We also really enjoyed the balcony.

Favorite place we have stayed!

We loved everything about this condo and hope to return. It was spotless and had a great overall feel to it. Extra beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and soft coolers were available in the extra closet. The included beach service was excellent, and having the extra beach chairs available was nice since there were three of us. It saved us from renting more chairs just for one person. Check-in and check-out were convenient, and the hosts were available for any problems or questions we may have had. We could not have asked for a better location on the beach. We have stayed in several different places along the coast of Florida, and this was by far our favorite. It was quiet, clean, and family-friendly. We can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing

We really enjoyed the condo and the view. Note: there are both drip and Keurig coffee makers. The people who worked at the condo were very nice and friendly. It was nice to see a smile on their faces. The beach set up of the umbrella and chairs coupled with the watchful eyes of the individual helper was top notch. We plan on coming back soon! We hope to have some instructions on the television operations … since we are older people and not tech savvy 😉.

Amazing Stay at an amazing property!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family's vacation in Ft. Walton. It was clean, wonderfully decorated, easy to get in and out of, and to round out the best place was the best view! We hope to be back again next year! Definitely recommend this property!
