Located in Truckee, California, just 2 miles off Highway 80 in the Tahoe Donner area, with 5 Local golf courses, Donner Lake with boat rentals, swimming, and sailing, Horseback riding stables, cross country ski area, athletic facility with heated pools, steam, sauna, and complete gymnasium and weight room, Tennis etc. Close to many major ski resorts, 10 minutes from Northstar, Boreal, and Tahoe Donner ski resorts. 20 minutes from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and 30 to 60 minutes from Mount Rose, Homewood., Kirkwood, and Heavenly. 30 minutes from Reno International Airport, casinos, and shows.

We had a wonderful stay there for our family of 16! It is a beautiful home! All the bathrooms were even nicer than the listed photos! We would love to stay there again!!!

Had a great stay! Very convenient location to downtown Truckee. Check-in process was smooth and contactless. There was an extended power outage in Truckee but the house’s backup generator kicked in quickly and saved the day, so that was a happy surprise!

Very conveniently located near town and amenities. Plenty of parking and bedrooms for 3 generations.Only thought is that it could use another TV in a bedroom for the kids to watch their shows in the evening, otherwise great!

Lovely spacious home worked great for our family reunion. Lots of parking, and close enough to town for quick trips to the store. Wish there was access to the hot tub besides through the master bedroom, but oh well. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful family gathering of three generations at this home. The open layout, comfy living space, and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The location near Truckee and Donner Lake were exactly what we were hoping for and the access to the local recreation clubs were a huge contribution to our enjoyment (my 7 year old granddaughter was in water every day and loved each option!).We had a couple needs while there and the management handled them well and quickly. Using the home was easy and everything was explained well. It was clean and well-maintained, even the grill was in great shape.We had a few notes on specifics - there’s no air conditioning, which made the upper floor bedrooms really warm in the heat wave we happened to visit during. The kids’ room needed clothing storage of some kind and we got some splinters from the deck. And the deck was the only way to enjoy the property from outside, especially for little kids.Overall, we’re very happy we visited!

The house was big, beautiful and inviting. Perfect for our big group to gather. It is in a great location to ski Sugar Bowl and to go into Truckee. Close to Reno airport.

We had a wonderful time. The snow was perfect and the view is great. They had just got a dump of snow prior to us getting there but the driveway was plowed and the house was ready for us.

Beautiful property and check in was seamless. Hot tub in the back deck/trees was amazing, and plenty of beds to go around for our party of 11. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The property was great! I would just say that if you’re going for Christmas bring some extra Christmas tree lights. The tree lights went out on the tree the day we got there.

Family Gathering Weekend

Stayed with all five of my siblings and theirs partners/children (17 people in total) and had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen and living area were great, very easy to drive to everywhere we wanted to go, and was a great time.

Great Stay!

Really nice area, close to stores and places to eat. The cabin was great, roomy, and the hot tub definitely a plus. The bathtub in the master bedroom was a favorite forsure, and the fireplace, (although not used) was amazing. Appreciate the host for being available and taking care of us along the way, thank you!

Excellent Stay; Great Property Manager and Owner

My ski club had a great stay. Elle, the property manager, could not have been more accessible. The owner kindly allowed us to occupy the house early because of an incoming storm. I highly recommend this property and hope to return with friends or family someday.
