The apartment is great. Feels new and fresh like the pictures. The balcony and view is even better than the pictures. The host was helpful. Great location if you like don’t mind walking 15-20 min to the city center. Great beach clubs close by for excellent sunbeds, swimming and bar.

Great location to downtown and main sights

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the apartment was a short walk to the shore front city. Petter the owner was very responsive and quickly took care of anything we needed.

Nice stay

Fantastic view! Amazing. Also the kids loved it. Every morning fresh bread at the bakery below. Great balcony. Recommendation to the host: fix the door of the dishwasher. It was dangerous for the kids when they want to open the door it falled on their legs.

Wonderful Sunny Terrace

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The appartment is spacious and the terrace and view are wonderful. However, the dishwasher and toaster are still broken and communication with the contact person was non-existent. The owner always replied promptly and partly refunded us. It is a shame that these long existing issues are not being addressed.

Great apartment!

The location of this apartment is great and the view is incredible. Couple of things though - parking around the apartment is really tricky though and if there are spaces then they are usually on very steep hills. Also the pool at Bougainville Bay is a lot more expensive than it states in the info. Prices start at 1000 Lek per person depending on what time you get there and increase the busier it gets. We tried some of the other pools and they were the same price if not more expensive. Perhaps it might be cheaper out of season.

Nice property but a little tired

Overall a nice apartment with great location. However it needs some refurbishment I.e. shower door is broken and cubicle is very dated. Apartment is good size with great storage but wardrobe doors need attention. Crockery needs replenishing as only 3 mugs, not enough glasses etc. Balcony furniture needs attention. One of the wooden armchairs has arm broken and is safety hazard. Can supply photo

Good place but not enough care

The property is the one in the pictures but it seems that they have built around and is not as isolated as it could seem in the pictures. The parking place was not clear for the person who came with the keys but at the end we could park near the apartment. The beds were without linens that we needed to pick them from the clothesline, the some for the towels. The toaster was broken and they brought a new one that works but the dishwasher didn't work. The wifi didn't work neither and the shower drain doesn't have a cover. It's a shame because those details make our experience not as good as it could be.

Fantastic view

The property was just as pictured - amazing balcony and view of the Ionian Sea. A previous review had commented on the apartment "lack attention to detail" and I would agree. I sent the owners a separate short list of observations. However, nothing detracted from the visit. The apartment is a solid 20 min walk to town and in the off-season that makes a big difference for what is available for you to eat around the apartment (everything closes). The only complaint was the lack of communications with the property manager - it was non-exsistent. (property owner was great but lives in Sweden). The side door to the apartment only locks with a key that was not provided and property manager never delivered after many attempts. The issue here is security - we were unable to secure the premises when we departed or went to bed. I know the property owner will correct this for the next vistors.

Nice apartment with beautiful view

Nice spacious apartment with beautiful views over the sea and Corfu - stunning sunsets! Apartment was generally clean and had a good sized kitchen and living areas. The kitchen was well stocked with most utensils etc. Air con was a welcome addition (and worked!) Few things that were disappointing - the dishwasher didn't work and it was quite dangerous as it fell forwards when opened (not secured) - both my husband & I were injured trying to open it. Also toaster didn't work, kettle leaked, living room light didn't work and one of the bedroom shutters didn't work. Clock and one of the AC remotes need new batteries. The pool mentioned and pictured has apparently closed - we used the Bougainville bay hotel pool which was 500lek per person to use a sun lounger but they provide pool towels. The listing mentions a garage but the parking is just on street (free) - we had no issues finding a space though. We found it a bit difficult to find - I was looking for an apartment block with a garage! We enjoyed our stay and lots to do round about, but were a bit disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in the apartment itself.

Vi blev till vår stora glädje hämtade vid färjan och skjutsade till boendet. Vi är så tacksamma för det!Sen blev vi lite besvikna. Boendet är trevligt men det är så slitet och mycket är trasigt och ofräscht. Garderobsdörrarna är omöjliga att öppna och stänga utan kamp. Garderoberna var FULLA av lakan, handdukar, överkast, madrassöverdrag, täcken, kuddar som om det används till förråd. Det fanns ingen plats att hänga in sina kläder. Vi fick börja med att städa undan. Utemöblerna är jättetråkiga. En del väldigt trasiga. Synd när altanen är underbar, då skulle det vara trevligt om det var inbjudande att sitta där, men det är det inte.

2 Wochen Saranda

Der Urlaub war wunderschön, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Sehr modern und ordentlich, man hat einen wahnsinnig tollen Blick auf Saranda und Korfu. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Für den Balkon wären Liegestühle noch schön. Leider gab es den beschriebenen Pool nicht, das war sehr schade für die Kinder. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Meter den Berg runter. Da gibt es auch einen kleinen Kiesstrand, hier muss man sich überlegen, ob man im Kies liegen möchte, wenn Platz ist oder für 15 zwei Liegen mit Schirm mietet. Saranda ist sehr überlaufen, da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, hat man bis Nachts um 3-4 Uhr den Troubel. Saranda ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren, wie z.B. Korfu, Gijakaster, Blue Eye usw. Schöne Strände sind u.a.Kasamil, Mirror Beach, Bosch Beach, Gijpi Beach. Die Sonnenschirme mit Liegen kosten zwischen 0 - 30 . Kasamil ist am teuersten.

Appartement met prachtig uitzicht. Ideaal om sarande en omgeving te verkennen. Appartement heeft alles wat he bodig hevt en 2 terrasjes. Je vindt altijd een schaduwrijk plaatsje. Ook de parking is echt een pluspunt

No Dream

Die Lage des Appartments ist gut, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung und ein gutes Cafe direkt im Gebäude.Wer es gern leise hat, ist hier verkehrt, da die Straße stark befahren ist und man die Raser von frisierten Motorrädern und PKWs bestens hört, teilweise wackeln die Fenster wegen dem Lärm.Musik wird in der Umgebung und auf den Partyschiffen abends bis in die Nacht laut gespielt. Früh morgens ist es ruhig. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, leider nicht auf das Dach des Hotels vor dem Gebäude.Das Appartment war leider unsauber, am schlimmsten dreckig waren die Dusche und die Toilette und die unteren Fächer der Kleiderschränke. Die Klimaanlage im 4 Bettzimmer funktioniert nicht und wie wir hier gelesen haben seid 2 Jahren ! Wahrscheinlich müssten nur die Batterien erneuert werden.Die Plastikstühle im Wohnzimmer sind an den Lehnen und teilweise an den Sitzen gebrochen. Auch der kleine Tisch ist beschädigt. Ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon ist gebrochen. Die Türen der Kleiderschränke hängen.Der Aufzug war 6 Tage außer Betrieb.Ein Schwimmbad in der Nähe wie in der Beschreibung angegeben gibt es nicht.Das kleine Schwimmbad des Hotels vor dem Gebäude durften wir nicht benutzen.Der Stellpatz für das Auto befindet sich in der Tiefgarage des Gebäudes mit starkem Gefälle der Straße und oftmals zugeparkt, da die Einheimischen wild parken.Eine ordentliche Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung / Vermittler vor Ort gab es nicht, nur wider williges Reagieren wenn man muss.

We are so sorry that you were not satisfied. We do take your review very seriously. Today our electrician inspected all of the electrical installations. No remarks, all of the electrical installations are in good condition. We also had the air conditioning installations inspected. No remarks. The remotes also function as intended. In April of this year we bought brand new furniture, to replace the old ones. Of some unknown reason the old ones were not discarded, but now they are discarded. Gerne wieder

Unsere im Vorfeld gestellten Fragen (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine) wurden umgehend beantwortet, die Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes war super. Die Wohnung wurde uns unkompliziert persönlich übergeben, obwohl wir durch eine "schwierige Straße" unsere Ankunftszeit 2x nach hinten verschieben mussten. Die Räumlichkeiten waren für uns klasse, am meisten haben wir uns über den großen möblierten Balkon mit Meerblick gefreut . Für uns war sehr angenehm, dass diese Ferienwohnung nicht direkt im Urlauberzentrum, aber schon mittig von Saranda liegt. Ein großer Vorteil der Unterkunft ist der Garagenplatz im Haus! Wenn man den Gemeinschaftspool (Hotel) nutzen möchte, sollte man vorher anfragen und pro Liege 5,00 einplanen.

Urlaub

Die Wohnung war sehr schön , aber auch schmutzig . Hatten die 3 Personen Handtücher obwohl wir ; waren und nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung diese dann am 3 Tag bekommen . Vor Gebrauch des Geschirrs wurde erst mal abgewaschen. Auch das Bad habe ich geputzt , da vom Vorgänger noch Haare am Boden waren und die Dusche ziemlich schmutzig war . Der Pool ist auch nicht vorhanden ,

Superbe vue sur la mer

Nous connaissions l'appartement pour l'avoir déjà loué il y a 9 ans. Beaucoup de bâtiment ont été construits autour mais l'appartement étant situé au deuxième étage, la vue n'a pas été obstruée. Appartement spacieux et lumineux avec une très grande terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, la baie de Sarandé et l'île de Corfou. Quelque soit l'heure de la journée, il y a toujours un endroit de la terrasse à l'ombre. Grande cuisine bien aménagée avec lave-vaisselle, four, plaque de cuisson, grand frigo, micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain. Il manque un peu de vaisselle, notamment des verres et des couverts. Machine à laver, fer et table à repasser. Deux grandes chambres (il faudrait penser à renouveler les oreillers). Ascenseur. Moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. Et surtout une place de parking en sous-sol car se garer dans la rue en plein mois d'août est quasi-impossible. Attention, il n'y a pas de piscine attenant à cet appartement. La piscine en contre bas appartient à un autre bâtiment et n'est pas accessible. Il y a une autre piscine en bas de la rue que l'on peut utiliser si on réserve un transat et un parasol à la plage privée attenante (15 € pour 2 personnes). Gros point négatif, l'appartement n'était pas propre à notre arrivée ; notamment l'état des WC complétement inacceptable (pas de brosse WC !) et j'ai dû ramasser et plier le linge qui séchait à l'extérieur. Un grand nettoyage de l'appartement est à prévoir. Bon séjour malgré tout.

Balkon met een prachtig view

Ons verblijf in Sarandë was heel goed. Het appartement was ruim en proper. Het balkon gaf een heel mooi uitzicht op de zee. Enige opmerkingen op het appartement: - de lift naar de parkeergarage werkte soms niet - het keukengerief en -gerei was beperkt, en niet voldoende voor 5 personen - het appartement had zelf geen zwembad.

Saranda che delusione

L’appartamento originariamente doveva essere molto carino, ora purtroppo tenuto malissimo!!! Molto sporco!!! Armadi rotti, persiane rotte, lampade non funzionanti, sedie rotte…un vero disastro. Abbiamo chiesto se ci potevano sistemare almeno la persiana di una camera da letto, ci hanno risposto di sì e non abbiamo mai visto nessuno. Peccato!
