This homey 2 bedroom 2 bath family condo is also pet friendly. This condo has great views of the Mammoth Crest. New flooring and couches as of 2024. This condo is convenient to the ski back trail in the winter and the uptown/downtown trails for mountain biking in the summer and fall. It is also close to the pool and spa. Bed Arrangement: With two large bedrooms downstairs, the master features a queen bed and it's own tv The second bedroom features a queen bed with a set of twin bunk beds and its own tv this condo is comfortable enough for 6 people. Upstairs, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and the living room has a sofa sleeper and TV. Upstairs also has a bathroom. The unit is conveniently located five stairs from the garage so packing in and out is not a chore. This is a relaxed Mammoth adventure place your family, friends and pet will come back to over and over again.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps 6 comfortably | | Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx. 1 mile) just down the street.
Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
