Pool & Hot Tub Closure (June 2025 – Late Fall 2026) Please be aware that the entire Courtyard area — including the pool and hot tubs — will be closed from June 2025 through late fall 2026. This extended closure is due to the full replacement of the membrane system beneath the Courtyard, which is required to complete essential structural work. Please also note that construction noise is expected.

About the home This ski-in ski-out,1 bedroom, and loft, 2 bathroom room condo is located in one of the most sought-after locations in Whistler, directly at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in the Glacier Lodge complex.
This complex features areas with an outdoor pool, hot tub, bike and ski storage, a small fitness room, underground paid parking, coin laundry, and access to shops and restaurants on the ground level.
The top floor unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, open-concept living and dining areas, 2 full bathrooms, and a private loft overlooking the living space. To accommodate additional people there is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Overlooking the common courtyard, you have a view of the pool and hot tub from the unit. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the winter with the luxury of air conditioning in the summer, this unit offers perfect year-round comfort.

Location Located in Whistler's Upper Village the Glacier Lodge offers an unparalleled location at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. In the summer enjoy the Whistler's Farmers Market right outside the lodge. The Glacier Lodge features an outdoor heated pool and two outdoor hot tubs. The Glacier Lodge is a favourite choice for couples, families, and groups.

The 5th and the 6th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge. ⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request. ⌂ Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions. Pets - not allowed

The place was just as described. Check in was easy, even though we arrived later in the evening. The condo was very clean and we appreciated the extra appliances and the welcome treats. Easy walk to the gondola and you can do that 90% covered if it's raining at the base. Easy 10-15 minute walk to Whistler Village on a nice path through the woods. There was a minor issue with the cable boxes, but the host was on it immediately and it was resolved right away. Impressive response time. Overall, a great stay!

Overall was a good stay. Unit is very close to gondola which was our top priority. Many restaurants nearby and bars nearby. Everything is walking distance. Unit itself was clean. Kitchen and bathrooms 5/5 stars. My only issue was the living room furniture which seemed excessively old and worn out. Couch and chair had no color left and seemed a little dirty from excessive use. Overall I would still recommend if it’s within your budget and location is a priority.

Whistler Vacation
This is our second time at Glacier lodge and we found the condo to be a good, convenient and value for money option. Six people staying in it would be tight but it was great for just the two of us.

Intimate space for 6 adults
6 of us in our late 20s and early 30s. It was pretty tight, but manageable for the location to the gondola. Really not meant to have more more than 6 in the unit. Even for a meal.

Gem in Whistler
Overall great place to stay for the bridge tournament which was next door at the Fairmont. Would have given it 5 stars overall except for - filing cabinets taking up space and no closet in the loft, and the cabinet in the main bedroom closet made it hard to hang things up.

There is no closet in the loft due it housing the hot water tank. We will definitely look into additional hooks and places to hang clothes. We would be delighted to host you again.

Bike Park Vacation
Visiting to ride at the bike park. The unit was clean, and this is a good location for lift service and village access. It was my second stay at Glacier lodge. Good bike storage. This unit is on the 3rd floor but the elevator makes this pretty easy. Parking for my truck was possible by taking my roof rack off - 6'8" max. This unit faces the pool but has no balcony - which would be nice. Loft bedroom is warm, owner provides a fan to help. There are also two tall file cabinets in the loft area which are in the way and should be removed as the space is small. I would recommend asking about this. The kitchen had decent cookware, and good coffee maker.
The pool and hot tub were great.
The single minisplit heating / cooling system leaked water periodically. Hopefully the owner or manager will see this and address. We did not report it, just put a bowl out to catch the drip.

Lovely place in a great location- everything we needed. Two minor bits - the fan in the master bathroom doesn’t work reliably and all the furniture is slightly too large for the space so moving around at times was tricky. Overall great stay!

5 stars for the location
Great location next to the Blackcomb lift. Easy walk to the village but far enough away to not have to deal with the crowds in the village. The location was built in the 80’s and shows it’s age. The unit and building could use some refreshing. Little things like an old ceiling fan that wobbles and makes noise and is inadequate size for the unit. Chairs don’t match at the dining table. The end chairs are shorter than the other chairs so you are sitting lower than the others at the table. The owner has files cabinets in the loft bedroom that are an eyesore and in the master closet taking up space. The walls are thin and you can hear muffled sounds of your neighbor so I’m sure they also heard us. The windows face the pool and you will hear activities there as well. All pool noise stops at 10pm sharp. The unit could also use more lighting in the living room that could be accomplished with a light attachment on a fan. Even with all the nuances above I would still come back because the location is so great and the price compared to other units was very competitive. However, the owner should invest some Capital into refreshing the unit.
