Located directly across from the beautiful white sands of Mudjimba Beach. Mudjimba Beach has a lifeguard tower and lifeguards providing a safe "Between the Flags" swimming area. The Villa is family and pet friendly with a secure fenced yard.

"Mudjimba Esplanade Villa is your beach home away from home" including WiFi and Netflix.

Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, esky etc) are all behind the roll up garage door.

We offer a private parents’ retreat upstairs (air conditioned/heating) with a desk, and a private balcony to listen to the ocean while enjoying the peaceful surrounds. Upstairs also offers air conditioned/heated 2nd bedroom (with 3 single beds) and bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Downstairs you will find a third queen size bedroom opening onto a shady courtyard. There is also a media room. Air conditioning/heating is provided upstairs and downstairs if needed but usually there is a nice ocean breeze.

The living room (Air Conditioner/heating big downstairs unit) opens onto a front patio & garden setting & offers a television, Ipod dock ,games, books & DVD player. The well equipped kitchen offers a servery to the shady barbeque area outside for easy entertaining. There is an additional TV room downstairs with a double sofa bed.

A barbeque & patio setting are set in a large covered patio area & lush fully fenced back yard. There is also a washing machine & dryer for your convenience. Car accommodation consists of 2 car spaces in the driveway.

The bedding configuration is 2 queen size beds & 3 single beds &1 double sofa bed. Two bathrooms with showers, one has a bath also. Please note that you will need to bring your own sheets & pillowslips & towels or we can refer a rental service.

The Villa is a 10 minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport & 1 hour 15 minute drive from the Brisbane Airport.

If any linen or equipment is needed, you can contact HOLIDAY HIRING SERVICE Sunshine Coast. They are 5 minutes away & can deliver linen, highchairs, etc.

Your accommodation is just across the road from a new great playground for the kids to have fun. It is fully equipped with monkey bars, swings & covered barbeques.

Mudjimba Beach and village is situated on the North Shore of Maroochydore. The beach stretches from Maroochy River in the south to Yaroomba in the north. At the mouth of the Maroochy is a dog-friendly beach and a trail up the river. Paddle out to Old Woman Island, learn to surf or fish on the beach or river mouth.

Launch your boat at the boat ramp on the Maroochy River Nojoor Road which is ideal for fishing or water sport enthusiasts.

The challenging and picturesque Twin Waters Golf Club is only a couple of minutes drive where you can see kangaroos and an abundance of wildlife at every hole and then you can enjoy a cold beer after your round at the clubhouse.

For the fit, you can walk down the beach to Twin Waters Resort and restaurant and enjoy a Sunday buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner.
