A large covered terrace of 45 m2, opens to a deck of 100 m2, with a swimming pool, "den" and barbecue.
Access to the apartment is through a private entrance.
All around you can enjoy a garden with fruit trees and tropical flowers.
The beach access is easy (5 mins walk), like that of the city center (10 min walk).
All shops are within 5 minutes drive.

Living upstairs, we will of course at your disposal for any information and helping hand.
If you wish, we will advise you and guide you to your excursions and outings, with great pleasure.
Concerned about the environment, our water is heated by solar panels and recycling bins are available to you.
