Rocky Top Guesthouse on the River

Complete your stay with a magnificent view of the Mississippi River from this private guesthouse sitting high on the bluff. It is located only 1.2 miles from downtown, historic Hannibal where there are restaurants and shops, visitor attractions and parks.

2020 RENOVATIONS include removal of old wallpaper and popcorn ceilings and new paint in living room, kitchen and bathroom which fives the house a much fresher look. The guesthouse has been newly decorated.
870 square feet all to yourself! The bedroom has a NEW king bed and an oscillating fan on the dresser. There is also a queen bed in the living area. A privacy curtain is in place which can provide some separation from the living room. There are stairs leading to the entrance of this house from the parking area. There is a sizable deck with patio table and chairs. There is also a bench for sitting on to watch the barges and river boats go by. There are two lounge chairs on the deck also. A propane gas grill is available for outdoor grilling.

The guest house is separate from the owner’s house and there is no access to the garage area below the guest house.
