Casa Ave del Paraiso II is a 5-bedroom luxury villa with a Mexican contemporary style that maintains the flavor of an elegant beachfront luxury home. Throughout the house, you will find distinctive architectural designs complemented by unique art that accentuates the elegance of the spaces. There are 5 en-suite king bed bedrooms/bathrooms.

On the main floor are two bedroom suites and the kitchen, living room, terrace with outside dining space and the pool. On the second floor, you will find three king-bedroom suites, terrace and media room. All suites offer a superb ocean view through the lush jungle surrounding the house. A birder’s paradise!

The villa is located in Real de Conchas Chinas, a small, private, gated community on the north end of the Conchas Chinas development in Puerto Vallarta. The villa gives guests the freedom and serenity of being in an isolated, secure location away from the hustle of many other neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta without sacrificing the convenience of a short taxi or Uber ride into Old Vallarta and its famed Romantic Zone known for its art galleries, boutiques, dining and nightlife.

The rental rate includes housekeeping service and breakfast preparation (food and beverage not included). Breakfast is served between the hours of 8:00 - 10:30 AM. There is only one service for the entire group of guests.
