Gîte Valmeinier/Valloire for 8 people

Cottage for 8 to 10 people in a detached house on 2 levels at 1300 altitude, ideally located between the 2 summer and winter resorts of Valmeinier (3.5 kms-5min) and Valloire (9.5 kms- 15min) in a typical hamlet on the road which leads to the Col du Galibier and where the 2017 Tour de France passes !!!

Composed of a large living room with central fireplace and open fitted kitchen.
2 double bedrooms.
1 dormitory for 4 with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed.
1 mezzanine area with a 120cm bed for 2 people where you can't stand up.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided, but there are sheets kits (€ 9 per single or double bed) and toilet kits (€ 7 for 1 large and a small towel).
A second independent entrance downstairs offering plenty of storage for clothing and ski boots.
A lounge with Harrows darts, René Pierre foldable table football and board games for all ages.
A bathroom with shower, separate WC.
Baby equipment available.
A balcony adjoining the kitchen with breathtaking views of Mont Brequin and a 2nd balcony in front of the house serving the terrace with views of the garden and the legendary passage of the Tour de France via the Col du Galibier (pass 27kms from the gîte).
Pets allowed under the responsibility of their owner.
Non smoking rental.

La Maurienne is famous among other things for being the largest cycling area in the world by the density of its out-of-category passes.
For holidays with family or friends, it is available in the immediate vicinity of many activities such as hiking, cycling and cycle tourism, ski lifts are accessible for pedestrians and mountain bikes.
You will also find one of the largest tree climbing parks in Savoy, numerous climbing and via ferrata routes, paragliding, a swimming pool, tennis, archery, horse riding center ...
But also a wellness and fitness center, a cinema and a bowling alley.
