Our stay was outstanding. The home is beautifully laid out, well stocked, beds comfortable, big useful deck. Location was perfect us, 2 excellent fun restaurants and Publix within a block. I would highly recommend Matthew and Mary’s home. We will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely considerate, making sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in providing a great experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and will absolutely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway!

This property was the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at. The owners were very attentive and gave us a lot of good recommendations. Everything was exactly as marked. And very conveniently located near the beach and grocery store. Checkin was incredibly easy. The owners gave all the directions in one convenient message. Perfect for 6 people.

Fabulous Girls Trip

The Kiwi Kasa was beautiful and very clean. The short walk to the beach was perfect! Publix being a block over was also very convenient. The bikes, wagon and beach chairs made our beach get away worry free! Highly recommend!

I have been staying at this house for years. We were SO excited to see it pop back up on Vrbo with dates available for us this year! The owners have done an amazing job renovating the house post Ian. We will definitely be back next year!

we were able to schedule a bonus week of time with my family here and it was a great fit. very short walk to the beach, close to Publix and overall comfortable for us. great spot.

Family vacation

We came to relax, catch some Red Sox spring training games, see manatees, go to the beach. We got to do all of it. The place is conveniently located next to the grocery store and across from the beach. A great location. The only drawback was the traffic to go into town where the restaurants and bars were.we highly recommend this place!

Mojo Dojo (Kiwi) Kasa House

Everything was just as expected! Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful bathrooms, and bedrooms were quiet — we slept great after our busy days. Easy access and close to beach and groceries — all we needed. Kitchen was very nice, and we enjoyed the deck for taking a break between activities. Lots of nice little touches like laundry and dish detergent so we didn’t have to buy much but our food. We had a wonderful time for mom’s/grandma’s birthday bucket list shelling trip.

Great location, spacious and clean

We had a great post-Christmas stay at this bright and clean house near the beach. We *very* much appreciated the beach wagon, beach towels, and umbrella, which made the 3-minute walk to the beach even easier. The fat-tire beach bikes were also fun! The beds were comfy, the basement laundry convenient, and the neighborhood quiet and friendly. The ability to walk to Publix was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday at the beach 🏖

Casa Cielo is a lovely vacation rental home! It was very comfortable & full of all the amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need including spices. There are plenty of beach towels & beach equipment & several nice bikes. It’s a very easy, short walk to the beach & there is a Publix almost next door. The neighborhood is quiet & feels safe. It’s an upstairs home & stairs are a must. Thanks Mary, well done!

Loved Our Stay

Where do I begin? Kiwi Kasa is fantastic! The property listing pictures are great, but in person it's even better. :)The communication with the owners was wonderful, and the arrival process was a breeze (and the property is easy to find). The beautiful beaches are easily accessible, and it's a quick 5 minute walk. You do have to cross a road, but the road is not heavily trafficked. As other reviewers have mentioned the owners provide a wagon, beach umbrella, chairs etc, and even have plenty of beach towels. The linen closet also has plenty of regular bath towels. The inside is very well designed and has a modern meets beachy vibe making it very comfortable yet aesthetically pleasing. The owners really did think of everything. I love that there are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a bathroom outside, but still very nice. Kiwi Kasa is close to so many things - Downtown Ft. Myers Beach, restaurants, Publix etc. The Islands Pancake House is a short drive away and has phenomenal breakfast and lunch options. We also went to Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf which was so much fun. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Keurig coffee maker. I sat out on the cute deck every morning and drank my coffee. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again.

Close to everything

Easy walk to the beach as well as downtown Ft Myers Beach. Clean place with a great kitchen and large living room and dining room.

Perfection!

We had such a nice stay. The beach is a very short walk, nice quiet neighborhood, VERY well appointed house and kitchen. Also, the master bed was the MOST comfortable bed EVER. Mary was very responsive right from when I booked our stay to when we left and was very generous sharing beach chairs, etc. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Highly recommend.

Great stay close to the beach

This place was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 young children. It is comfortable and well decorated. The kids were especially happy with the bunk bed. It is a quick walk from the beach (and has an outdoor shower to wash off the sand). The host is super nice and communicated the details well. We wish we had more time to stay there...

Great Location

We had a great time at this beautiful home. The quick walk to the beach was easy. The neighbors were friendly. The house was clean and well equipped with everything and fairly close to restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.
