LUXURY SEA RENTAL: Panoramic view & access to the customs path

Completely renovated, the stone & granite house combines the charm of the old with modern decoration. Above Trestraou beach and directly overlooking the customs path, you are 1 minute walk from the beach.

The garden is planted with trees: Eucalyptus, camellias, Mimosas and filled with flowers: hydrangeas, roses, agapanthus .... with panoramic views of Trestraou bay, large white sand beach. At high tide, the view of palm trees and turquoise water reminds us of the landscapes of the West Indies.

The VILLA has approximately 120 m2 furnished by our architect in a loft style. On the ground floor, the living room includes a very large cathedral lounge, a dining room that can accommodate 12 guests and an American kitchen directly overlooking the terrace and the garden. Facing south, the terrace is sheltered from the wind. You can take your lunches and sunbathing there facing the sea if the weather permits 😉. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom in stone & polished concrete including a shower & bathtub. Next to it is the separate toilet. Upstairs, you have 3 double bedrooms, 1 with two single beds and a bathroom with WC.



You are in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, facing the Sept-Îles archipelago and its ornithological reserve, in front of TRESTRAOU which is the largest of the three sandy beaches that Perros-Guirec has. The Pink Granite Coast and the customs path of Ploumanac'h are among the 38 French sites listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Ploumanac'h was classified in 2015: "the favorite village of the French". Its privileged location makes it an ideal holiday destination.

If you wish, you can forget your car and do many things on foot: go to the beach / cinema / casino / restaurants / sailing school, access the customs trail. For more distant walks, you can go to Ploumanac'h / Trégastel: Costa ères castle / TRAOUIERO Valley / Presqu'Ile de l'Ile RENOTE, or push to TREBEURDEN via GRANDE Island and why not go to PAIMPOL to embark and visit the magnificent Archipelago of the BREHAT Islands: the visit is done on foot or by bike because there is no car.
