4 Chalet-style Cottages on 30 peaceful acres in Brackley Beach, PEI.
Take a walk on our Private Trails and see the lazy river that runs along before opening up to beautiful Brackley Bay.
Enjoy Birdwatching, Fishing, and relaxing in the countryside!

This cottage has 1 Queen Bed in the Upstairs Master Loft, 2 Twin/Single Beds in the Main floor Bedroom, and a Sofa-bed in the living room
There is electric heat throughout and air conditioning in the upstairs of the cottage.
The are 2 Parking Spaces available per Cottage, overflow parking is available upon request. It is a shale(red dirt) laneway and parking area, the road can be rough and at times muddy!
1 High Chair and 1 Pack n Play(portable crib) are in each unit, if you require more than 1 of each, please let us know before your arrival.

Guests are welcome to access almost all areas of our 30 acre property:
Please feel free to take a walk through our trails along the river or spend a relaxing afternoon fishing and birdwatching!
We rent out our land to a local farmer and ask our guests to respect the crops and please stay out of the fields.

Great Brackley Beach Experience

We had a great time here at H&R Cottages. The location was fantastic being close to Charlottetown for dinners out and to the north Brackley Beach is only about a 5 minute drive . Thanks again for a great few days.

PEI Perfection

Adorable cottage near Brackley Beach. The property is beautiful and so peaceful, but a short drive to lots of fun spots. We had a great stay and would go back again when we are on PEI. Hilary was easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was so good!!

Wonderful stay at these cottages!! So cute and perfect for our east coast getaway! The location was perfect! Only recommendation for future stays is to have curtains on patio doors for more privacy and softer sheets. Overall amazing experience!

Nice stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was well equipped and within minutes of a great beach. Enjoyed the large windows and good sunsets. We were there during a heat wave so the room on the main floor was very hot and hard to sleep in but I expect that it would have been fine otherwise.

Beautiful spacious cottages

My family rented all 4 cottages for a long weekend in August. Mosquitos were bad but it was a lovely area. Five minutes drive from Brackley Beach. Ice cream stand and freshly shucked oysters at the end of the road.

Perfectly PEI

Everything you need for a relaxing family get away. Great location, beautiful views, peaceful, close to the beach, very responsive hosts, charming cottages with modern day touches and everything you need. Looking forward to our next visit. PEI BEST PART OF EAST COAST TRIP

lovely cottage with most of the amenities that you need. Although the cottages are not directly on the OCEAN, THE VIEW OF THE BAY IS AWESOME. We rode our bikes to the beach and then biked through the entire NATIONAL PARK. We really had no issues with our stay. JUST BE CAREFUL with younger kids, there are a lot of rough finishings in the house that are potential safety hazards.

Perfect location and PEI hospitality

This is the actual perfect property to be centrally located to everything on PEI - as well as the picturesque, quiet PEI experience. It’s exactly a 15 minute drive and a straight shot from the airport and 5 minutes from the national park beach. Within 45 minutes of landing, I had already driven to the property, onward to the national park and bought our entry passes for the week, and was standing on the beach in front of a lighthouse. It’s 20 minutes to Victoria Row in Charleston, 25 minutes from Cavendish and Anne of Green Gables sites, and easy 60-90 minutes drives to everywhere to the east and central coasts. Even the day we drove Up West, Brackley Beach is a good base to start from and return to. The cottage view is exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. Amenities were exactly as listed. Hilary was an extremely responsive host when we had a couple questions. Check-in and check-out was beyond easy. PEI is effortless and unpretentious, and H&R cottages embody that. If this cottage has what you need, stop looking at other options and just book it already!

Experienced a hurricane

When the hurricane was predicated the owner supplied us with a flashlight, water, candle and blanket. We lost power at 1am Saturday morning we tried to make the best of it but had to leave Monday we were just to cold and tired. If we had generator maybe we could of stayed the total time we booked. We moved to another place with electricity for the remainder of our vacation. Other than that we would recommend H&R cottages

Beaucoup trop dispendieux. Mauvais wifi. 4 chalets trop près l'un de l'autre. Des party désagréables à coté de nous. Des chiens qui se déplacent sur notre terrain, nous sommes allergiques. Senteur de chien dans le chalet. Jeux pour enfants devant le chalet. Vue assez médiocre. Lits inconfortables.
