modern house of 115 m2 very quiet, not isolated, good exposure on 4 levels. Large terrace with veranda, outdoor area, barbecue charcoal and gas plancha, wifi.
Nice small pool landscaped chairs and sun on a teak terrace with a splendid view of the Aix countryside. The few plants around will need some water during your stay! The house is not suitable for young children !!! the terraces are not totally closed !!
Open modern kitchen beautifully appointed, overlooking large living room CLIMATISEE with dining area and living room with bay window open directly onto the terrace with pool. 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with bathroom and toilet on the third level, the other two bedrooms each have a bathroom and shower room and toilet, a room on the first floor and the second on the ground floor, a Gym equipped with bike, weights, balloon and TRX.
Private parking for 2 cars, portal. Linens provided for additional 30 euros.
Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.
We have two cats who live with us, they are very very nice, they live outside and around the house. I would like to ask you to feed them when you can. Thanks for them!

Home Away from Home

This is Karen's home, and it is as lovely and down to earth as she is. If you want to feel like you are living in Provence, rather than visiting as a tourist, this is for you. Of course, there is much to see within a 30-60 minute drive. Wonderful day trips. But our favorite time was just lying around the pool or sunroom, listening to some soft jazz, and doing absolutely nothing ....with Noisette, her adorable, loveable cat. The best vacation we've had in ages. Thank you Karen! We'll be back someday.

Séjour sympa

La maison est atypique sur 3 niveaux avec beaucoup d’escaliers assez raide. Une petite déconvenue avec une chute dans l’escalier nous a un peu perturbé les vacances. La piscine est belle et suffisamment grande pour se rafraîchir mais elle n’est pas chauffée. Ensemble des équipements répondants aux besoins quotidiens. La literie est assez ancienne et serait à renouveler. La chat est de bonne compagnie.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool

Das Ferienhaus war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Tagesausflüge nach Arles, in die Camargue, in den Luberon und nach Aix-en-Provence. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat einen ganz tollen Außenbereich mit Terasse, Lounge-Bereich und Pool. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin Karin ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

A réserver sans hésiter

Nous avons passé 15 jours en août, 2 adultes et un enfant de 6ans. La maison correspond complètement à ce que nous recherchions. Un endroit calme et proche de toutes commodités. Karin a tout fait pour qu'on se sente comme chez nous. La maison est conforme en tout point à l'annonce. Propre, bien agencée. Extérieur très agréable avec la piscine. La vue est magnifique sur la campagne. À 5 min du centre ville d'Eguille. À 15min d'Aix. Et à 30 min à 1h de beaucoup de lieux touristiques. En plus une agréable compagnie avec le chat de karin qui est adorable. Merci encore on a passé de très belles vacances. La région Provence est magnifique.

Sonnenuntergänge am Ortstand

Das Häuschen ist wunderschön gelegen: Am Ortsrand von Eguilles ist es ziemlich weit zurückgesetzt von der Hauptstraße, so dass man die vorbeifahrenden Autos so gut wie gar nicht hört. Und die im ersten Stock gelegene Terrasse ermöglicht einen wunderbaren Blick in die wenig bis gar nicht bebaute Umgebung. Großartig, vor allem wenn die Sonne untergeht. Auf der Terrasse selbst - ein Wintergarten Richtung Nordosten rundet diese noch ab - findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen für den Liegestuhl und auch zum Essen. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, aber unser 12-jähriger Sohn hatte viel Spaß darin. Und den Größeren hat es zumeist Freude bereitet, auf einer Luftmatratze im Wasser zu treiben und sich abzukühlen. Die Vermieterin Karin ist eine sehr freundliche, verbindliche und hilfsbereite Frau. Während unseres Aufenthalts wohnte sie selbst im Appartement im Erdgeschoss. Ab und zu haben wir uns gesehen, wobei sie sich stets nach unserem Befinden erkundigt hat und fragte, ob wir zufrieden seien. Wenn wir Hilfestellungen benötigten, genügte eine kurze Textnachricht! Mehr Kontakt hatten wir zum Kater des Hauses namens Noisette, einem wirklich knuffigen, anschmiegsamen älteren Herren, der uns regelmäßig besuchte, um Streicheleinheiten zu bekommen. Gefüttert wurde er von Karin selbst; wir stellten ihm aber auch immer eine Schüssel mit Wasser hin. Im Haus war alles sehr sauber, das Wohnzimmer geräumig und bei Bedarf klimatisiert. Unsere Kinder haben in der Etage drüber geschlafen, wo es einen Ventillator gab. Wir selbst schliefen unter dem Dach, wo eine Klimaanlage in heißen Nächten für Abkühlung sorgte. Den in der Beschreibung aufgeführten Fitnessraum gibt es mittlerweile nicht mehr. Der Ort Eguilles selbst ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, in Reichweite einer Autostunde finden sich viele sehenswerte Orte (Aix-en-Provence gleich um die Ecke, Marseille und damit das Meer, Salon-en-Provence, Cassis, der Monte Ste-Victoire usw...). Im Ort selbst gibt es schöne Bäckereien sowie kleinere und auch größere Weinhandlungen, Metzgereien, Geschäfte für Milchprodukte sowie einen sehr guten Italiener. Hier kommt man sehr gut zu Fuß hin. Für den größeren Einkauf ist der nächste größere Supermarkt in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für ein gelungenes Rundumpaket.

Einfach schön

Das kleine Haus liegt ruhig am Ende der Ortschaft. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich.

Eguilles

Das Haus ist sehr schön am Ortrand von Eguilles gelegen mit einem wunderbaren Blick in die Umgebung. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 4 erwachsene Personen, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool und große Terrassen auf denen sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Wir wurden durch die Gastgeberin empfangen und uns wurden alle wichtigen Dinge zum Ferienhaus erklärt. Auf eine Rückfrage haben wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort von Karin erhalten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker/Metzger) sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Haus gehört ein sehr lieber Kater um den man sich während seines Aufenthaltes kümmern darf und der gerne Streicheleinheiten genießt. Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Séjour agréable.

Vacances reposantes . La maison est très agréable avec sa vue imprenable. Le couché de soleil est magnifique. Eguilles est un village très mignon où vous avez différents commerces de premières nécessités et de balades à faire .

Excellent séjour à Eguilles

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Karin. Son accueil et sa disponibilité sont très appréciable. Les points forts de la maison : - Chaque chambre est indépendante avec sa propre salle de bain. - Des magnifiques couchers de soleil autours d'une petite piscine. - Une salle de sport très bien équipée Merci Karin et à bientôt :-)

Tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Très propre. Séjour spacieux. Chaque chambre a ses sanitaires. Inadapté si petits enfants ou handicap mobilité car beaucoup d'escaliers+piscine non clôturée.

Extremely Enjoyable

Our stay at Karin's property was extremely enjoyable. The main living level is laid out in a very agreeable way. There are several different outdoor and indoor places to sit or dine depending on the time of day and location of the sun - all right next to the pool. Although the pool is of modest size, it's perfect for those wishing to cool off while others are getting dinner ready or having a relaxing cup of tea. Although there are properties nearby, Karin's place is very private and quiet. The lovely view from the deck is down into farm fields and forests. The three bedrooms are each of different levels and have their own bathrooms. Our daughter thought Karin's two friendly cats were the very best part. All aspects get 5 star's from us. 4 stars for neighbourhood, only because you will need to get into your car to get your morning croissants (it's only a five minute drive but along a fairly fast road) rather than being able to walk out the front door. Karin is extremely friendly and helpful and easy to deal with. A great place to stay.

Un merveilleux séjour !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Karin. La maison est habitée par Karin qui la laisse libre aux occupants lorsqu'elle est louée. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de superbes vacances. La vue depuis la terrasse est très agréable, le petit salon dans la véranda permet de passer de délicieuses soirées. La piscine était malheureusement un peu froide, mais cela dépend de la météo bien entendu... A savoir qu'il y a deux chats qui vivent dans la maison. Ils sont véritablement adorables. La région est très sympa, à 15 minutes d'Aix en Provence, très belle ville provençale. Le village en lui-même est très sympathique aussi, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire (boucherie, boulangerie, petit magasin U, etc.) à 5-10 minutes à pieds. Tout s'est passé à merveille. Merci Karin pour ces vacances du bonheur.

We enjoyed our stay in Eguilles. The village is very welcoming with an excellent boulangerie that has long opening hours and top bread and delicious patisseries. The house was warm and in good location. Fabulous views over countryside. The house has well appointed with Madame providing the basic condiments and milk. The house has many stairs and is more suitable for agile people. We enjoyed a lot. There are 2 cats who live at the house.
