Estamos listos para darle la bienvenida, la propiedad no es un apartamento, es una casa uni-familiar completamente privada e independiente.
Mi alojamiento ofrece exclusividad, aislamiento y seguridad. No hay áreas comunes para compartir con otros viajeros o vecinos, es totalmente privado solo para disfrutarlo con sus amigos o familiares. Se realizará una estricta desinfección y limpieza profesional antes de que cada huésped se registre. La casa cumple con la normativa vigente y cuenta con licencia de actividad actual.

Fabulosa casa de vacaciones en Palma de Mallorca.
Recientemente restaurada y completamente reformada.
Yo personalmente lleve a cabo el proyecto y la decoración de la misma, he sido muy cuidadosa en el diseño y con los materiales, utilizando exclusivamente pinturas al agua, productos ecológicos y materiales reciclados, contribuyendo a eliminar riesgos de salud, medioambientales y el bienestar de los huéspedes. Mi principal objetivo al decorar la casa ha sido que mis huéspedes vivan y respiren el ambiente Mallorquín.

Consta de:

- Salón comedor
- Cocina nueva completamente equipada
- Dos dormitorios dobles, uno de ellos con dos camas individuales que también pueden transformarse en cama de matrimonio, más un cómodo sofá-cama en el salón.
- Dos baños completos, uno de ellos en suite
- Patio privado trasero, donde disfrutar en la intimidad de agradables desayunos, almuerzos y cenas
- Confortable terraza chill out y solarium, ideal para relajarse y broncearse en la ciudad

A/C en el salón y dormitorio principal, ventilador de techo en segundo dormitorio. Radiadores en todas las áreas de la casa.
Wi-fi Gratuito 24hs. Ropa de cama, juegos de toallas de baño y de playa, sin coste extra. Mapas, guías y muchos tips de la Isla de Mallorca.

Recepción, entrega y recogida de llaves en persona. Plena comunicación y rapidez de respuesta. Ayuda en todo momento.

- TARIFA DE LIMPIEZA Y LAVANDERIA: estricta desinfección y limpieza profesional antes de que cada huésped se registre. Toda nuestra ropa de cama y toallas se lavan en una lavandería 100% EcoFriendly garantizando un sistema de lavado respetuoso con el medio ambiente, con la ropa y evitando así posibles alergias en los huéspedes.

- TASA TURISTICA: A partir del 1º de Julio del 2016 las Autoridades de las Islas Baleares han estimado oportuno cobrar una tasa turística por persona por día (Eco-tasa). Niños menores de 16 años están exentos. Se cobrará el día de llegada.

- CONSUMO ELECTRICO: los meses de invierno y verano se abonará al final de la estancia.

* Esta casa se rige por el arrendamiento de temporada. No se ofrecen servicios turísticos tales como limpieza diaria, recepción, o desayuno. Se deberá firmar un contrato de arrendamiento a la llegada según la ley vigente en Baleares.

Great host, amazing property

Analía was a fantastic host and went out of her way to make sure we had the best experience possible. The property itself was amazing, the 2nd floor terrace was our favorite.

Simply perfect....

Beautiful house in Palma with a very friendly host. Good location to discover Palma and also the whole island. It is very clean, the matrasses are really good and we enjoyed the private roof -deck as well as the courtyard. Bars, Supermarkets and the beautiful harbour is only a few- minute -walk away. very nice house in a central location

Analías house is located in a quiet street near the port. From there you can reach everything on walking distance (town center and the old town, bakery, supermarket, bars, etc.). Analia is very nice and helpful. The entire house is tastefully furnished and in very good condition. We were there 10 days and had a great time. Best regards, Marion and Manfred

Wonderful home from home

Spent a week at Analia's place with my pal and both of us absolutely loved it. I have a real issue with feeling safe, arrived on my own and was a bit worried having seen the street on google earth but didn't need to. Analia met me at the door and from the moment I walked into the house, I felt incredibly safe and home. It is such a lovely house, with nearly everything you need (no mtv or english channels on the tv but the radio is fab). Both beds are incredibly comfortable, terraces are amazing, taxis cheap and easy to catch in and out of Palma, but its also a lovely walk along the marina to Palma. Totally recommend this place, and will be staying here again when I next visit Palma.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie petite maison , bien décorée et bien équipée. Analia nous a donné de très bons conseils à l'arrivée qui ont facilité notre séjour. La maison est parfaitement conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse au mois d'avril. Si vous êtes de bons marcheurs, il est tout à fait possible de se rendre à pied dans le centre historique à partir de la maison mais si vous avez une voiture, les grands axes sont proches pour visiter l'Ile. Nous recommanderions cette location sans réserves.

Wonderful even in winter

We enjoyed our February stay very much, even in the cooler weather while we went to Spanish lessons. Analia gave us personalized and professional service. She was at the house to greet us on arrival, orient us, and make local recommendations. The house is charming and immaculate, with all modern conveniences. We could not take advantage of the patio and rooftop this time, but they would be wonderful in warmer weather. We bought local bus cards for all Palma travel, and public transportation around is the island is efficient in inexpensive. We recommend Analia's casa most highly.

Many little details make you feel at Home

We spent 5 days in this charming little House. (2 Teenagers and 2 adults) Great location in a quiet street in a typical quarter of Palma (El Terreno) The House is very clean and recently renovates with a lot of taste and nicely furnished. A lot of very nice little details make your feel like in your own Home. When we arrived the owner welcomed us and gave us some tips to make our stay better. The Kitchen is brand new and there is close to the house many shops and bars so easy for shoping. Has two nice comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. 2 terrace so you can enjoy reading a book in the shadow or having your breakfast. Thanks Wifi I could answer to my emails. We went many times to Santa Catalina and Paseo Maritimo it's only 15 minutes walking distance. Bus stop is very close so you don’t really need a car: 25 minutes to nice beaches like Cala Mayor or Illetas. Many Thanks Analia if we come back to Mallorca we will book again!!

Analías Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße in der Nähe des Hafens. Von dort erreicht man alles zu Fuß (Sehenswürdigkeiten Palmas, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Markthalle, Bars usw.). Analía ist eine sehr nette, immer ansprechbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat ihr Haus mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Man fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Die ganze Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Uns hatten es besonders die beiden tollen Terrassen angetan, sie waren wie ein zusätzliches Zimmer. Analías Tipps für Palma und Umgebung können wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir (2 Paare) würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Viele Grüße und danke für die wunderbare Zeit!

Great apartment /town house with perfect location

We spent 5 wonderful days in this charming apartment! Everything was very nice and clean and nicely furnished with colours and details. We loved the outdoor breakfast terrace and the big cozy roof terrace for relaxing in the evening. We had everything we needed and Analia was very sweet and helpful. Great location, walking distance to the town center and the old town. Very close to the harbour and the bus stop. A nice local bakery only 2 minutes away was highly appreciated! A wonderful week

We sent a wonderful week in this house, wich is very comfortable. There was all we needed ( fitted kitchen and 2 bathrooms) . It's very cute and the air conditioning and the terraces make the home life pleasant. Morever, it's good situated, bye the sea, the port and the city center. We didn't have any problem wich the house, our journey was amazing.

Vi er en familie på fire, og en tante som ferierte her. Hyggelig huseier, som informerte oss om alt vi trengte å vite. Koselig hus, med skjermet frokostplass og takterrasse. Nærhet til sentrum og nærhet til strand. Enkelt å ta buss til alt en ønsker seg. Gangavstand om en ønsker å gå. Severdigheter rett ved. Lokal baker rett ved. Hyggelige lokalbefolkning. Kunne tenkt oss en vifte på takterrassen:)

casa muy bonita

La casa estaba bien situada cerca del paseo marítimo pero en una calle tranquila con buenos cafés ,bares ,supermercados y una estupenda panadería .La terraza era adorable para tomar el desayuno y la propietaria,Analia, ha creado un ambiente acogedor y moderno con todos los detalles que uno necesita para disfrutar de las vacaciones,nos encanto.

We wanna go back!

We spent one week in Analias georgius apartment. Analia met us when we arrived and when we left. She was a perfect host full of kindness and so helpful with information and recommandations. The apartment is looking even better in real life than in the pictures. So clean and delicate. We loved to sit on the top roof deck with some tapas and drinks after a day on the beach. The location is also very good, nearby to "everything" with a quit and friendly neighbourhood. Thank you for a perfect week, we will return! We highly recommand this apartment, you want regret. Great and charming

Analia is a wonderful host and welcomed us at her home. We felt at home the moment we walked into the door. The decoration is very charming and bed, couch , chairs etc were all very comfortable. Also the house shows a mallorqui sense of places with the paintings and cushions. The terraces are a nice asset too both for breakfast and/or a lazy afternoon drink with some tapas. The location was great: you could easily find your way to the harbour, santa catalina and the historic centre. Also if you rent a car you can drive quickly out of the city and discover some beautiful mountains and places such as Soller. We had very enjoyable stay and would,like to book it again when revisiting Palma de Mallorca.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison.Elle est remarquablement aménagée pour 3 couples, à la fois très fonctionnelle et décorée avec soin.Les 2 terrasses constituent un agrément particulier pour y prendre les repas ou s'y prélasser.Elle est située dans un quartier populaire qui a beaucoup de charme avec de nombreux commerces à proximité.Elle est a 1/2h à pied du centre ville et desservie par 3 lignes d'autobus.L'accueil d'Analia est tout à fait charmant et fort sympatique et nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.

Superbe maison de ville à Palma

Petite maison de ville très agréable près de l'ensemble des points d'intérêts de Palma. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire si on veut profiter de la ville. Maison renovée, très bien équipée et entretenue. 2 grandes terrasses, rare pour Palma. Les lits sont confortables, le canapé lit aussi. La propriétaire Analia est très sympathique et disponible. Des produits de premières nécessités étaient à notre disposition. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel, je recommande fortement cette location si vous ne voulez pas de mauvaises surprises. Encore merci Analia :)

casa agradable con muy buena deco

familia con dos niños pequenos, hemos encontrado en la casa de Analia un espacio muy bien decorado, perfectamente organizado, en una zona tranquila de Palma. con un coche hemos visitado muchos otros lugares de la isla. cerca de la casa hay supermercados, y con bus (3/4 estaciones), se puede ir hasta el mercado del Olivera con productos locales muy buenos. la duena Analia da muy buenos consejos de lugares a visitar, es muy amable también fue una de las casas mejore que hemos alquilado con homelidays. los dos patios son encantadores.

Americans in Mallorca!

Anàlia was a phenomenal host. The house was beyond beautiful. Do keep in mind guest over 6 feet in height may have to duck down a bit when descending the stairs and accessing the upper level bathroom. The property was in walking distance to many attractions and food venues. If you choose to rent a car, street parking is tight however Ana was able to direct us to a very close parking garage around the corner. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean, all mod cons, very spacious for two. Outside seating good in hot weather, as is air conditioning in sitting room and main bedroom. Easy access to shops, bars and restaurants, although immediate area is quite run down.
