Very large apartment of 120 m² with 180 ° view of the sea, the Lerins Islands and the Esterel massif. 4 room apartment for 6 people, located at Pointe Croisette, Palm Beach sector with huge 100m² furnished terrace for your comfort. Very close to sandy beaches, sailing and surfing schools, ports and shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy and more), restaurants and a few minutes' walk from Rue d'Antibes.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a 5 storey building and has been recently renovated. It is fully equipped for a stay like at home. Internet, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning in each room. You will enjoy a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds (or two single beds according to your needs) and one bedroom with a convertible sofa bed. Two bathrooms and 2 individual toilets.
All rooms have direct access to the huge terrace furnished with relaxation areas with sofas and lounge chairs to enjoy the view and the sun or moments of rest, a dining area to enjoy with family or friends dishes back from the market ...

Perfect end to a great vacation

Great place for a relaxing vacation. Only a short stroll to several beaches, restaurants, and markets. The balcony looks great online, but in person, it is even better. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Very light and open. The outside patio is amazing!

Just stayed the week for both business (Cannes Lions event) and personal (family vacation). This apartment was perfect for both. My family and I had a great time hanging out on the patio in the evenings. The outdoor dining table was perfect for business meetings.

Wonderful Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this aparment, it was exactly as described and we could not find fault. The property was immaculately clean and well maintained. The customer service provided by Barbara and Pascal was excellent and we will definitely be back as we loved the apartment and the area so much.

Lovely Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious penthouse apartment and we spent most of our time on the large, sunny terrace, The neighbourhood is quiet with restaurants, shops and beaches are a few minutes walk away. The local bus goes to the centre of Cannes and runs frequently. Pascal was an excellent host and explained everything clearly. We would love to return next year Mary

Great location in Cannes!

This apartment is one of the best equipped VRBO's that I've stayed in, right down to the champagne glasses. I've stayed at a couple of places in the past two years that overpromised and under-delivered. This was not one of them! There was plenty of room inside, as well as out. The patio is fabulous, with lovely views of the August sunsets. I'd like to mention that I don't stay in places without air conditioning anymore and this apartment delivered fabulous AC throughout. No uncomfortable nights trying to sleep. Coming home from a hot day was met with a cool welcome! This was huge, considering the apartment is on the top floor. The location for my teens was perfect. On day one we paid for the private beach on Le Croisette, but after visiting the beaches at Pointe Croisette on day two, they chose to spend their time there. We took advantage of the water sports and activities, all five minutes away. Barbara was lovely to deal with, answered timely and was attentive to my requests. Super easy and efficient!

The good and the bad

This is a difficult review to write, as the apartment itself is wonderful and very well situated. Pascal, Barbara's husband, met us on arrival as planned and was most helpful getting us situated initially. After we were in the apartment, however, we were, in essence, on our own, with little support, notwithstanding that we were charged a significant “service fee”. Pascal did come by (after being asked to do so twice by me) to help with a poorly installed counter top in the main bathroom, which rendered it difficult to use. He said the installers would come by two days later to fix it, but they never came. We didn't know how to use the induction cooktop and no manual of instructions could be found (we have a gas cooktop at home). We eventually figured it out, but there was no response from Barbara to our email on how to use it. One bath towel and one hand towel per person, but no towel for the main toilet, which was separate from the main bathroom, functioning as a “powder room”, so we had to share a hand towel (mine), which particularly in time of covid was less than desirable. Just two rolls of toilet paper were provided, which was inadequate for a party of four people staying a full week. One roll of kitchen paper, and one large trash bag, were also inadequate. So after paying a significant amount of money for our full week stay, we had to go shopping for those “amenities” that could easily have been provided at very little cost by the owners (or their agents on their behalf). When you run out of toilet paper, after paying that amount of money, at least I (am possibly others) might think the owners (or their agents on the owner’s behalf) are not properly taking care of their clientele. We had to provide dinner napkins, but are accustomed to doing that with rentals we have had in the past, so no surprise there. The long list of cleaning items expected of us on departure, some of which we would do anyhow, and did, made me wonder why I was paying a non-trivial cleaning fee”, although admittedly more had to be done. So, as I said in the beginning, this is a difficult review to write. The apartment was wonderful, but service, in my opinion, was inadequate as the apartment could have been outfitted much better at very low cost to the owners and certain guidance could easily have been provided by their agents as we asked for. If one rents this wonderful apartment, the best we have ever rented in Cannes, rent it with all the above in mind.

Terrasse exeptionnelle

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, l’appartement est magnifique et la terrasse exceptionnelle, avec des plages à proximité et des commerces en bas de l'immeuble, très appréciable. Un grand merci à Barbara et Pascal pour leur professionnalisme avant et à notre arrivée. Il manque un peu plus de lumière sur la terrasse et dans les chambres le soir pour de la lecture et côté cuisine, quelques cuillères à dessert supplémentaires ainsi que des verres à eau.

Appartement bien situé avec une vue très agréable mais qui nécessite une grande rénovation, Salles de bain et WC vétustes/ fissures dans les carrelages / terrasse : mobilier extérieur chaises et transats HS et carrelage cassé... C'est bien dommage.

Fantastic property ** Can’t say enough good things about our stay here

We loved our five day stay at this amazing property and hope to return soon. It is situated in a nice neighborhood close to a couple of grocery stores, a bakery, pharmacy and the beach! We spend a lot of time on the huge terrace enjoying the spectacular views. We used the local bus (which has a stop right behind the building) to easily get into the main area of Cannes. The apartment had plenty of space for all six of us (4 adults and 2 children). The kitchen was equipped with what we needed to cook a few meals at “home.” One nice surprise was the pizza food truck that was open for business in the evenings right next to the bus stop. Super convenient and delicious pizza. Last but certainly not least, Barbara and Pascal were incredible hosts. They were very easy to work with and were quick to respond to our needs. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories with our family.

Great place!

Fantastic place just out of the action of le croisette. Easy check in process, place had everything we needed including a great view with 180 degree balconies. Shops close by, but not open sundays. This is normal for Cannes. Butr would defintely stay again. Thanks for having us

Perfekt placerad lägenhet med härlig terrass.

Fin lägenhet med fantastiskt stor och användbar terrass. Skall dock inte säljas som en "tre sovrum"-lägenhet eftersom det ena rummet egentligen är ett uterum lätt amatörmässigt byggt på en del av terrassen där luftkonditioneringen inte orkar kyla rummet tillräckligt och där de som sover där måste passera master bedroom för att komma till toaletten. I övrigt mycket trevlig lägenhet.

A wonderful apartment with a fantastic terrace and great location

We had a most pleasant stay in Cannes. Barbara kindly met us and gave us a tour of the apartment and explained everything, including information about the lovely restaurants and bakery nearby. The apartment is wonderful and the terrace gets the Cannes sunshine all day. It is only a short walk to La Croisette and there are some lovely restaurants within 5 minutes walk. There is also a great bakery just round the corner. The apartment is beautifully furnished and everything was as described. We very much hope to come back again. Thank you Barbara for giving us a perfect base for a wonderful holiday.

Just great

We (family of 6) spent a fantastic week in the apartment. Great location, a large terasse with view and spacy rooms. Friendly and good servbice and when my wife got a bottle of champagne for her birthday, the day was perfect.

Fantastic stay, fantastic terrace!

We spent almost a week in this flat, and it was very lovely indeed. Clean and modern with lots of space for everyone. The terrace was spectacular, and we spent most of our time here. Nice and cool inside the flat too which we appreciated after spending time on the beach nearby. Perfect location too. I would definitely recommend this flat to friends and family.
