Good morning Andy, thank you for the review. I’m sorry you had some difficulties and rated your stay with only 3 stars. Fortunately, you were the only one who didn’t fully appreciate the stay. All the other reviews show the opposite. You mentioned the door locks were complicated? The two entrance doors (with different keys) were not standard but reinforced. Both the kitchen entrance key and the main entrance key fit into their respective locks without any problem, opening and closing easily. I don’t understand why you mentioned the key issue. You also talked about poor air conditioning, which works perfectly fine. I noticed you always left doors and windows open, letting the heat in, making it difficult to cool the environment. The shower in the second bathroom was tiny? It’s a standard-sized shower cabin. You also mentioned falling switches? Maybe you mean the electrical panel? The broken part of the electrical panel was its cover. It was intact before your arrival and when you called us for the damage we found it broken into three different parts. But the damage was not charged because you didn’t want it to be. But that’s okay. Your stay was a bit peculiar. I haven’t had problems with any guest, as shown by the many positive reviews received. But during your stay, I had various damages, and we agreed on a partial payment because you didn’t want to take responsibility for all the damages. But that’s okay, the important thing is that you all managed to have a good stay. Our main interest is that the guest can complete the stay in the best possible way. The damages received: the glass shelf of the freezer (broken into a thousand pieces), the freezer door tray, it was hit with the elbow and it fell to the ground and broke. I saw it when I was repairing the sink fountain (it too was perfectly working, and when you called us, we found it broken into two different parts. The showerhead was separated from the rest of the fountain which required a lot of force and the water pressure couldn’t have done it. This damage was also not paid for because you didn’t want it to be, but that’s okay. Moreover, upon your arrival, instead of waiting us outside the automatic gate of the private driveway, you pushed and opened it by hand, fortunately without damaging the motor. Otherwise, we would have had to reimburse the condominium for these expenses as well. I’m not upset about the damages received; it can happen. But even if the damages happened continuously, my goal is always to help the guest. In fact, when I was asked for suggestions to visit Rome, a city 200 km away from Villa Giovanna, I didn’t hesitate to search online for suggestions to help the guest visit the Italian capital without exorbitant expenses. I first found an economical parking spot and recommended the use of the subway; all this to reach the main places of interest with ease, thus avoiding moving around the city by car, avoiding the metropolis traffic and the high costs of various parking lots.

Jeder Mensch nimmt Orte unterschiedlich wahr, und das ist ganz natürlich. Die meisten unserer Besucher äußern sich positiv, aber wir verstehen, dass nicht alle dieselben Erfahrungen machen. In Ihrem Kommentar schlagen Sie einen Strand in einer benachbarten Gemeinde als Alternative vor, da Sie die nahegelegenen Strände als wenig zufriedenstellend empfinden und meinen, es gäbe nur wenige freie Strandabschnitte. Das ist eine interessante Beobachtung, denn unser Gebiet erstreckt sich über etwa 25 km Küstenlinie mit zahlreichen ausgestatteten Badeanstalten und mehreren freien Stränden. In sechs Tagen ist es nicht einfach, das gesamte touristische Angebot zu erkunden, aber wir respektieren Ihre Meinung voll und ganz. Zum Kommentar über ein „Flüchtlingslager“ möchten wir klarstellen, dass es in Pinetamare keine Barackensiedlungen gibt. Etwa 10 km entfernt befindet sich das Centro Fernandes, eine Einrichtung, die Menschen in schwierigen Lebenslagen mit großem Engagement und Respekt unterstützt. Sie haben außerdem die Anwesenheit von „vielen Nigerianern“ erwähnt. Castel Volturno ist seit Jahren ein multikulturelles Gebiet, in dem unterschiedliche Lebensrealitäten nebeneinander existieren. Wir waren ehrlich gesagt überrascht über Ihre Sicherheit bei der Einschätzung der Herkunft von Menschen aus einem so großen und vielfältigen Kontinent wie Afrika. Es ist nicht einfach, spezifische Merkmale eindeutig zuzuordnen. Ihre detaillierte Beschreibung regt zum Nachdenken darüber an, wie unsere Wahrnehmungen oft durch äußere Einflüsse geprägt werden.
