This home is minutes away from all of Miami hottest destination. Would you like to be close to Wynwood, South Beach, Bayside, Ports, Midtown Miami, Fashion Design District , Downtown Miami, Marlin Stadium, and Miami International Airport, then this is the home for you.This is a beautiful two bedrooms and two baths home with all the perks. Great home for family reunion due to its accessibility to the park. This home is close to all major highway and major roads. The park across the street has been recently renovated. It has three pool. The first pool is an olypmic size lap pool, one kiddie pool, and one regular pool. There is an outdoor fitness and walking trail, basketball and tennis court, baseball field and tons of open space. There is also an indoor gym and basketball court. Some area of the park require a min fee or free to use.
The home has an enclosed backyard with a patio area and grill. It's a perfect getaway while enjoying the Miami sun. It also has a cozy daybed on the opposite side of the yard perfect for catching up on your favorite book.
This home has a modern day design with tons of windows to let in nature sunlight. It is cozy and has remarkable view of the Miami skyscraper and light while playing a round of pool. The master bedroom has a queen bed, tv, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin bed and tv. The bathrooms in this house is large enough to have multiple people using it together. The sitting room has a full size sofa bed and full size pool table. The living area has a daybed for two, office section, and arcade machine with all your childhood favorite retro games. Furthermore, the dining area has sitting for six plus two at the breakfast islands. The kitchen is equipped with latest appliances and bar supplies to make that perfect drink.
