For several years we have spent a wonderful week in this house with our adult children, and our young grandchildren. The house fits all 8 of us for eating, playing board games, playing music, relaxing, inside and out. But the best part is that it is the 4th house from the community beach on a private road. The beach is beautiful, sandy, wavy and (for the ocean in the northeast) it is excellent swimming temperature. We walk to the beach; the house is so close that it's very easy to be flexible coming and going. There are chairs and beach toys in the shed. The kitchen is very well equipped for serious cooking as well as for snacking. I was very pleased to find a lemon zester, garlic press and lemon squeezer for the swordfish we bought at the nearby fish market. Over the summer, herbs and spices accumulate making it even easier to make very good meals. There are fans in every room to supplement the a/c, and many extra blankets.The place is spotlessly clean. Martha Murray Agency is always responsive and a pleasure to work with. Any questions were answered pleasantly and when (over the 10 years we've rented through them) we've had any problem, it was addressed immediately.
