Home of 30 years, completely renovated, beautiful sea views, beach walk

Leasing is a traditional home of 30 years in the Cap Sizun. It has been completely renovated, as was the adjoining outbuilding. The 2 buildings now communicate.
The traditional house is built on three levels:
On the ground floor, the entrance hall (or: the small veranda) provides access to a large room with a dining area and a lounge area;
1st floor, from where you have a beautiful sea view, you will find a bedroom (double bed), bedroom with 3 to 4 beds (bunk beds and sofa bed that can make double bed) and a bathroom with toilet and shower;
2nd floor, under the eaves, you can enjoy a games room with two sofas. Through large skylights, this room offers a beautiful view of the sea and the dunes of Trez Goarem.
The house communicates, on the ground floor, with the adjoining building (dressed stone): the dining room gives, indeed, access to a fitted kitchen. The ground floor of this dependence also has a bathroom (shower), separate toilet and laundry room (washing machine). Upstairs, the room (double bed) also offers a beautiful view of the sea and the dunes.
The property has a garden surrounded by a stone wall.

activities around
Beach Trez Goarem known surfers, is easily accessible on foot: a path leads there in less than 5 minutes. Swimming is supervised in July and August and the white sand is ideal for games or to relax. From the beach, the coastal path leads east to Audierne, west toward the Pointe du Raz. The walkers will certainly like!
Near the village, you can also reach on foot, and within minutes, the beautiful church of St. Tugen.
A Esquibien, you can enjoy the inter-pool or take the boat for a day to the island of Sein. The town is near the port of Audierne, very active summer and where you find many shops and an aquarium to visit (Aquashow).
Beyond the many hikes possible Esquibien Audierne and around (do not overlook the coastal path from the north coast of Cap Sizun), you can shine around your holiday and visit the Pointe du Raz, a classified site in France since 2004, and very near the Bay of Souls and the Pointe du Van. You can also spend quality time in Pont-Croix, labeled "small town character" charming with its picturesque cobblestone streets and two museums.
In less than half an hour you can reach the town of Douarnenez (fishing port, boat museum, archaeological site Plomarc'h ...) ... unless you make a stop (highly recommended!) Pointe du Muller (beautiful site with its flagship house and a water mill back into operation).
