The condo was clean, nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was appropriately equipped. Overall, a great place to stay.

This was the perfect place for our first vacation with our 10 month d grandson. The property was clean and had great beach vibes. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The view of jinks creek still let you know you were at the beach even though you were a few streets away from the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach even with all the stuff we had to haul. Highly recommend this location. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

The condo was very nice. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the view of Jinks Creek from the back deck. Our kids loved the pool and pickleball court. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad and we enjoyed walking and exploring the grounds. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying at Mamma Mia! The views of Jinks Creek were beautiful and the beach access was so easy from the condo. My kids had a ton of fun playing pickleball and would have loved to use the pools if it was warmer. The condo was clean, bright and well stocked with everything we needed including games for the family. We would absolutely come back to stay!

Weekend long weekend getaway for my wife and I. The host was easy to communicate with and property was exactly as described. Friday morning 2 dolphins decided to pay a visit and enjoyed watching them from the balcony. We made the short walk to the beach both days and enjoyed the sun and also used the pool. We even had time to put a puzzle together that the host had provided along with several board games. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Thanksgiving Get Away

Wonderful location

Property was exactly as listed.. very clean and beds were perfect for adults and children…Starboard is our favorite place to stay at OIB

Perfect location and quick walk to the beach! Very nicely updated and was really nice that sheets and towels were available. The view of the marsh was beautiful, and I could watch my husband fish while I read on the porch. We will definitely book again for next year.

Great Stay at OIB

We have enjoyed OIB for many years and we added the use of this condo with our growing family. It was perfect! Had the space and amenities we needed with a great location. Everything about our stay was wonderful!

Great view and great property

We loved our stay at this property. The amenities were nice; we swam and played pickleball daily. We loved sitting on the porch watching the sunset over Jinks Creek.

Great vacation

We had a great week here. Enjoyed crabbing in the creek; close proximity to the ocean. Definitely recommend!

We have fond memories of crabbing and shrimping from the docks with our children when they were little. As adults now, they can’t wait to share this with their children one day. Great views

A great place for our family in a perfect location. We ate every meal out on the deck watching the wildlife at the creek and the sunsets were amazing. Loved the pools and the convenience of having the beach a small walk away. Owners had great communication with us during our stay.

Great place, tremendous location! Easy walk to the beach. The provided beach cart/buggy made it even more so. Also, because of the location, it provides the best sunsets over the intercostal waterway. The property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

A Fantastic OIB Property

We had the best time staying at Mamma Mia! The sunsets from the porch are the reason we love staying on the waterway! Condo was clean and checkin was easy. We left today and are ready to go back!

Great place!

Really great stay at Mamma Mia! So cute and super cozy. Nice clean pools and short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was there and there are stores and restaurants very close by. Thank you Shelia and Alex! We will be back!!

Family vacation

We go to Ocean Isle every summer and always stay in this complex. This condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. It's renovated and the kitchen is much more spacious than other units. We also love being directly on the sound and the view! Would stay here again without question!

School Spring Break vacation and a Wedding

Loved this vacation! Property was fantastic, perfect for our group of 4 - 2 teens and 2 moms. Location was wonderful, quiet and peaceful. Loved the sunsets on the front porch overlooking the marsh. Close and quick walk to beach, 2 pools, one oceanfront. Property owner was great to work with.

This has been in our family for 20 plus years. This is where our kids learned to swim and crab and surf. My mother passed away, last year so in honor of her memory we named the Condo Mamma Mia. We live in Conway, so we enjoy coming here as often as possible. We take pride and want our guests to feel special too. To have a relaxing and comfortable experience. We have incredible sunsets on the docks.

We love having the best of both worlds. Being on the intercoastal waterway, watching the birds and other wildlife. With several docks to fish and crab
Or take a kayak or jet ski from. We just learned to play pickle ball. So, the tennis courts are right in front of the condo. And we have a pool very close by. And another one that is oceanfront. We have locker with beach toys and chairs.
