Welcome home to one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Located in NE Scottsdale, between two premier golf courses, TPC Scottsdale and Troon North, with easy access to hiking at Sonoran Mountain Reserve and the charming nightlife of Market St, this home’s location can’t be beat. While numerous restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance, and many more just a short drive away, the home is situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood; your sanctuary in the city. Mature trees offer privacy from the neighbors while wall to wall windows invite the outside in.

Spend your days relaxing by the brand new pool, spa, and outdoor lounge areas and when evening comes, take advantage of the Weber BBQ to grill your favorite meats and veggies and dine under the stars. Toast s’mores with your little ones by the fire pit and watch them run and play in the grassy side yard.

Chef's kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities to cook your favorite meals including an array of spices, extra paper towels, and All Clad cookware. Every detail has been thoughtfully prepared for you: from the coffee and tea station to the baby package which includes high chair, bibs, and pack n' play. We also have pool floaties and children’s life vests available for use.

During downtime, enjoy the collection of art and antiques displayed throughout the home that have been curated from around the world. At bedtime slip into your cozy bed dressed in white linens with down and down alternative pillows chosen with your comfort in mind. Spacious master bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed and two additional guest bedrooms have Queen sized beds. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion have been provided for your convenience.

Please note: the pool is heated using a heat pump system and is unable to be heated when nighttime temperatures fall below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. This typically happens during the months of November, December, January and part of February. The pool also has a cooling system, and during the hot summer months of July, August, and September, when many pools are too hot in Arizona, our pool provides relief from the heat as we are able to keep the temperature pleasant. There is no extra fee to heat or cool the pool.

The hot tub and fire pit are fully available for year round enjoyment.
