Avondale house. UPDATED and modernized the home has all new furnishings. Relax in the great room or cook up delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen.. When the sun goes down, retreat to a master suite that rivals a 5 stat hotel. House is only 5 miles from State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment Center and Top Golf. Also centrally located to.many baseball fields. nascar track only 5 miles away.

About the house....
You will love the size and privacy of the backyard with open fencing that provides views of the backyard. Float around in the sparkling heated pool the was redone summer 2019. The covered patio offers a six person table grill and outdoor TV. The home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably.

Location....
Play ball! We are close to all the ball fields for spring training and Goodyear stadium where the la Dodgers, Chicago White Sox, Milwaukee Brewers, Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds.
You're also close to the University of Phoenix for Cardinal football and concerts throughout the year ...Nascar fans we are only 5 miles from track

Prompt communication with Host. Easy check in process. House was super clean, well equipped and in a lovely, family orientated neighborhood. As described, house is spacious, tastefully decorated with great outdoor space. Five star. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Baseball stay

This was the perfect spot for us to stay during a baseball tournament / vacation. Great, clean location with a beautiful pool to help us cool off in between games. And whenever we needed help or assistance we got answers almost immediately.

Sunny stay!

We live in Seattle and needed to find some sunshine. This was the perfect fit. Our only priority was a pool. And this place delivered. Pool was great and the neighborhood is quiet. The house was also amazing. Clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and in a safe area. Great communication with host. 110% would stay here again.

Pictures don’t do it justice

As amazing as the pictures looked, you don’t get the full experience until you are there! The backyard pool/oasis by itself is worth staying. The house was clean and cozy, and Shellie is a wonderful host to deal with. Area is unbelievingly safe and clean, and will be staying again in the (hopefully near) future!

It was a very relaxing and stress free stay.

A great house in a very quiet neighbourhood. Close to local shops and State Farm Stadium. The pool was a huge bonus. Thank you again to the owner Shellie.

Perfect Location

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this location and plan to return again next winter. Everything we love about Arizona is in close proximity to this house. The owner, Shellie, has always had the house well stocked and spotlessly clean. We are so thankful Shellie is willing to rent her beautiful home to us. Paul and Belinda

Fantastic Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this extremely well-maintained and phenomenally stocked house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with walking trails throughout. The heated pool which was very private was a huge bonus. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and we most certainly hope to be able to rent it again.

As Advertised

Had a great stay, and received great service from Shellie. We had some last minute changes to our travel plans, and Shellie did a great job working thru those with us. House is as shown in pics. Neighborhood is quiet, with some nice walking trails that are easily accessed from the house.

Relaxation guaranteed!

We love this comfortable home away from our home in Wisconsin. Shellie, the owner, is a great host. This was our second time at this property and will be back again next year. A quiet neighborhood close to everything we love to do - car and horse races, hiking, golf, and Spring Training games. Especially enjoy relaxing with family and friends at the house barbecuing and swimming.

January baseball weekend

we came for a long weekend for a baseball tournament at Camelback Ranch. The house was perfect- there were 5 of us in our group. The house is only 7-8 minutes from the ballpark, house is nice, super clean, very well appointed with all of the things. This was an awesome place for us to stay

After Christmas special

Perfect house!

Loved the house and location! Exactly as described and the owner was amazing in letting us reschedule when our child became ill the day before our original trip. Pool was very green, which was our kids only complaint, but would definitely return to this house!

Great house for families

House was great! Exactly as seen in the pictures and very clean. It had everything we needed. I’m always worried about renting a house without a gated pool, but the only door to the back yard had an extra lock that is out of reach for small children. The backyard was great for spending most of the day outdoors. The pool was clean and my kids had a great time. Would stay here again!
