The house is newly furnished.
The cottage is modern and built in 2012. It is located on Red Lake with easy access to the water where you can enter just a few feet from the house. It is an eco-friendly lake so perfect for swimming, fishing and kayaking as no petrol engines are allowed on the lake. The lake is located in the middle of a forest, and it is very peaceful.
The village of Saint-Alexis des Monts is 10 minutes away.

The cottage is a three-storey house.
The main floor includes the large fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, the living room where the two sofas can be turned into beds and the veranda. You also have access to the large panoramic balcony. The view is breathtaking.

The first floor has three bedrooms. One with a king size bed, another with a queen size bed and a large double bedroom with two double beds and a balcony.


The basement has a large sectional sofa with a 50-inch TV, a space full of toys for kids + a baby foot table, an open bedroom with a king bed and a half bath.

On the terrace there is a large dining table that seats 6-8 people. There are also two sun loungers, you can relax and watch the beautiful lake and here all kinds of noises, especially hummingbirds.

The cottage is located in a bay on Red Lake where there are not many other houses. There is a neighbor to the left, so please respect their privacy. We own the land on the other side and it is mostly forest with trails. The bay brings lots of wildlife: we`ve seen loons, bustards, deer, elk, bears. If you`re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of one.
The dock provides easy access to the lake.

The municipality doesn`t tolerate open fires, so there`s a small stove outside for you to use.

The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for family gatherings.

Two kayaks and two paddle boards.

Wifi is high-speed and unlimited. There is no cellular network, so you need to activate wifi calls on your phone. If that doesn`t work, there`s a landline in the chalet for local calls only.

The spa is covered abd is directly on the balcony.

Baby foot table.

Linen and shower towels are included.

Two pairs of snow shoes and a few sleds.

We have a key box so i will provide a code for your stay.

There is an alarm system.
Il n’y a pas de réseau cellulaire. Vous devez activer vos appels wifi sur votre cellulaire. Le wifi est par satellite et peut ne pas fonctionner lors d’une tempête de neige.

Les partys sont strictement interdits et le bruit extérieur doit être maintenu au minimum.

Les animaux sont les bienvenus mais vous êtes responsables de ramasser leurs besoins à l’extérieur et vous êtes responsable de sa surveillance.
Dans le domaine, les chiens doivent être en laisse en tout temps et jamais sous aucun prétexte ne peuvent-ils aller sur les terrains des autres voisins.

Vous devez amener votre propre charbon pour le BBQ.

Vous devez amener votre propre bois pour utiliser le foyer extérieur.

Les feux d’artifice sont strictement interdis dans le domaine.

Les embarcations en provenance de l’extérieur sont également interdits. Utiliser plutôt nos kayaks et nos paddle board qui sont mis à votre disposition.

Si vous êtes sur place lors d’une tempête de neige, svp soyez porter attention au deneigeur et déplacer vos voitures pour facilité le déneigement.Merci
