Expansive rooms and high-quality furnishings create comfortable corners for lounging and gathering. This oasis is designed for carefree living. There is a huge amounts of space for every family member s needs. The house boasts 2 separate internal living areas so that everyone can enjoy their own space.
The stylish kitchen is located on the upper level and comes with quality fully integrated appliances. A huge island bench, dining area for more than ten and all you need to cook the perfect meal. On the same level you can appreciate a living room with a tv and Netflix and a gas fireplace, a very large solarium and two bedrooms. The large main bedroom has a king sized bed suite with a double shower and vanities and a large bath for you to relax in and unwind after a fun filled day. The second bedroom is equipped with two double size beds and video games and 45 inches flat tv with satellite and many board games.
On the lower level, guests can head to the "Sports Bar" with pool table, a satellite TV, a huge and comfortable sitting area…not to mention the electric red drum! This level also hold and other bedroom with a large wardrobe, an extra queen bed and a second bathroom with ceramic shower, washer and dryer.
The house comfortably sleeps 10 and we have flexibilities to change accommodation/bedding arrangements to suit our guests.
Accomodations:• A portable cot and highchair can also be provided on request.• Bluetooth Electronic Bose system on site.• All high quality linen provided as well. • 4 free parking spaces, cleared of snow and with garage• Wifi everywhere in the house• Computer on site• Netflix and satelitte TV• Video games• pool table* Basketball electric game• drum * Pac man arcade game• solarium• Christmas tree and Holidays decor• Garage to store ski equipment or more• A/C and central heat• No trouble gaz fireplace• heated floor into the bathroom• colored Led lightning • Hight quality bedding and mattress• Heated inground pool (in summer season only)• High ceiling
Located on a quite access road into a safe, family-friendly neighborhood close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Buses are a short walk and the road leads to the main highway to everywhere. 10 minutes drive everywhere into the city.

This house is the closest to all! Install in a happy neighborhood, 5 minutes walk to all the services, restaurants and parks. In 8 minutes you will be into the center of Quebec Downtown or at the mountain Lac Beauport to ski or to bike. Its litterally the perfect location to enjoy your stay.

This property has it all! Large house with plenty of room for every members of the party: Family room with games, pool table, large TV and couches as well as a Sport Bar to enjoy a drink or two. There is enough room to set up a dance floor!
You will love our outstanding kitchen! It will become the family reunion favorite. Very well equipped to cook it has a large rock island to cook or eat and news appliances.
I first felt in love with this house because of its sunroom ! You will enjoy the dining room and its breakfast corner, not to talk about the gaz fireplace, all into the common area.
Have you notice the Suite Master bedroom ? Double ceramic Shower, double sink, large bath, king bed and flat Tv...Watch your favorite movie while drinking champagne...floating in the bath!
What about the yard? Inground pool, large green yard to play with the kids and the puppies, confortable outdoor furniture and a BBq.
