Featuring 2500+ sq ft, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept kitchen/DR & LR, game room with Casino bar (Roulette, Black Jack, and Dice) and pool table, and playroom with table tennis, air hockey, foosball, bar, wide range of sport equipment, and tons of games. Cedar Barrel Sauna (wet sauna OR dry sauna, available all year long), Hot Tub (available all year long) - usable in any weather as it's covered by large wooden gazebo, AND stock tank pool (available from Memorial Day through Labor Day) - perfect for winter and summer fun!!
Our home features wooden deck with patio furniture, pergola, and gas BBQ grill (we provide gas), natural fire pit, MINIATURE golf play area, 6 hole golf, swing set, AND play house for kids, basketball court for big kids, and kiddie basketball for the little ones, sport equipment including pool table, table tennis, air hockey, foosball, badminton, bocce, darts (standard outdoor darts AND fuzzy indoor darts), several toss games, Yardzee, and much more.

Weather permitted (snow needed :) ) we have few snow tubes that could be used by kids directly on our property as part of our backyard is sloped.
Also available is Karaoke stand for those who love to sing - just connect your media OR sing along the TV :) (2 mikes available)

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French Press), toaster, waffle maker, blender, pots & pans, dishes, utensils and more…

The living room offers electric fireplace and the entertainment room offers pellets stove which are in addition to electric heaters in all the rooms to ensure warmth and coziness in tough Pocono’s winter months. In summer air-conditioning is provided as well as dehumidifier for added comfort.
There are 6 smart TVs on the premises (each bedroom has a smart TV plus there is a 65" smart TV in the living room) with WIFI internet and Netflix and free smart TV channels (no cable). Guest are also able to log into their own TV provider.
All guests have also access to our laundry room with washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and in-suite bathroom. There are 4 additional bedrooms each furnished with queen size bed. All beds come with fresh/clean bedding & linens AND we provide 2 towels per person.

Away from home doesn’t have to be less comfortable than being home. Everything in our house, from furniture to decor, from mattresses to linens and towels were hand selected to ensure comfort, convenience, and relaxing atmosphere.
The house accommodation/sleeping arrangement is for 10 people but we can make exception for 2-3 additional small children (infant/toddlers) over the occupancy limit however the guest would be responsible to bring any required accessories/equipment for their sleeping arrangements.

The house is perfect for families and friends that are looking to spend some quality time away from their busy city lives, taking advantage of all that we AND the Poconos have to offer. It is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! The maximum nightly occupancy is 10 with prior approval for additional small children (infants/toddlers) and/or "day- guests/visitors".
