Even better than the pictures!! Spacious and great location!

Beautiful home, great location, plenty of space! We needed a four bedroom for five adults and two children. All four bedrooms were very spacious with extra large master bedroom/bath. Guest bathroom was also large. We appreciated the large dining table so we could all eat together. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed, outdoor grill worked great as well! Backyard was very large. Pool was great. Due to the lower temps in December we used the spa more than the pool. Two days prior to our arrival the owner informed me the spa was not heating correctly. She offered compensation but it was not needed since she had a repair man there before we arrived. Spa worked great entire stay! Location is awesome! Shopping dining and freeway all within minutes. We recommend this house to others and will definitely stay again our next trip to Phoenix. **owner was wonderful and answered all questions/concerns in a timely manner.

I am a Speech-Language Pathologist getting ready to retire and see more of the world. I have owned my home for 7 years and have hosted out-of-town guests who have said that they would rent my home if it were available, which gave me the idea to join VBRO. The neighborhood I live in is quiet and peaceful, but very close to attractions such as shopping, Arrowhead Mall, several popular restaurants, the 101, golfing, and the spring training facility where Dodgers and Mariners play. My well-maintained home is sparkling clean and I have remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms. It is a wonderful place to host friends and family.

I bought this property as "A Diamond in the Rough". I fell in love with the neighborhood and decided I wanted to live here. The former owners had not maintained it well, but I saw the potential and like home projects. It took some time, but all the improvements turned out better than I imagined and I have not regretted my decision to purchase this home. The large property (1/3) of an acre was also appealing for privacy and an opportunity to have plenty of fruit trees.
