#301 is an updated top floor corner unit. All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with a king bed in the primary bedroom. The guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and 2 twins. The central living area features a dedicated dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded with attractive tile and granite. The living room offers plenty of seating and there is a wraparound balcony outside the living area.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, and HD digital cable. Lift One has a warm and welcoming lobby with a guest computer, free laundry facilities, a ski locker room with boot dryers, and a large grill in our courtyard for barbequing. Our property features a pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. Whether you are coming for vacation, or business, we are in the perfect location to take advantage of everything Aspen and the surrounding area has to offer.

The location was great and the condo was wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone that want to be in walking distance to all of downtown Aspen.

Amazing Aspen

Our stay was lovely. Everything our large family needed was there. We walked to most meals & shopping. We can’t wait until our next trip to Aspen.

LiftOne 301 is the definition of mediocrity, particularly if you factor in pricing. There are two falsehoods in the description for something at this price point. First, and most importantly, the condo does NOT have parking available. Aspen is a crowded town. There is a small lot for LiftOne, but the management will freely admit that they do not mind non-renter/owners parking there and that there isn't enough parking to cover the (one car per) condos in any case. They will cheerfully suggest that parking 4-8 blocks away on a busy weekend is 'pretty good.' Second, there is no laundry. There is a free laundry facility in the complex, but it is only open when the office is open. If you hike, fish, and bike, and want clean clothes, expect to take a day off your activities rather than knocking your laundry out while you make dinner or breakfast. There is also an important omission for this price point: the condo is not air-conditioned and you will need open windows in summer. While not totally unexpected in CO mountains, be aware that the condo sits on the main bus route through town, and full-size buses will roar by your open windows from 6AM-11PM. The condo is not without points of recommendation. It is a smaller and older unit with low ceilings, but well-laid out with a full 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining areas work well. That said, the rugs, couches, and televisions are 15 years old, and require updating at this price point.

Perfect for fall colors

This was a fantastic property. We stayed at another place in the downtown area for years prior, but the grounds, pool/hot tub, and 'feel' of the unit really made it feel like it was a home away from home. The beds and bathrooms were clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed to cook a nice meal with my guests. The views were great as well! Would love to come back next year again.

Location Perfection!

I would rent this unit again without hesitation! We were super-impressed with the location and the beyond-expectations daily cleaning service. The beds were comfortable and the linens of lovely quality. We had a wonderful stay and experience. If I had to make a single suggestion, I think that the carpets could use a refresh. But this is really a non-issue and had no impact on our terrific trip.

Beautifully decorated and perfect location!

This unit was perfect for my two girlfriends and I. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and we loved how comfortable the mattresses were. We took advantage of the full kitchen and fireplace during our stay as well. It was decorated beautifully and in the perfect location to walk around town or go on a hike starting at the base of the mountain. Would love to come back!

Perfect Location!

Lift One is the perfect location for exploring Aspen and all it has to offer! 5 Stars all around! Beds were comfy and condo was clean! I would recommend a sound machine due to the proximity of the queen bedroom to the parking lot. Also, stagger your showers! There were 5 women staying in unit, and enough water for 3ish hot showers. These minor details should not keep you from renting here - this unit is incredible - just keep them in mind! Thank you for a great stay in Aspen! We will be back!

Aspen condo

This is a fantastic location. Walkable to everything you need. Parking was on property, although we were advised that we might have to park in the street. If that occurred, we could get a pass so as not to receive a ticket from city parking enforcement. The condo was in great shape. We did have a few problems, but sought not to request fixes (Bose stereo did not work, the plug in the MBath, sink side did not work, fridge froze items in the fridge). We were warned about the construction behind the unit, that was not a problem but the bus stop next to our unit was bothersome, especially late at night. Overall this is a great, great location.
