ARC 1950. Charming apartment in a residence classified Premium. Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. Very spacious living room opening onto a balcony from which you can admire Mont Blanc. 1 very cozy bedroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub. You can add an extra bed with the convertible sofa in the living room. Maximum 4 beds. Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna available in the residence. Access to the swimming pool and the fitness room a few steps from your apartment.
Laundromat in common areas with free self-service washer and dryer.
The bedding is of excellent quality. Linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival.

Lovely stay

Excellent location. Great to have use of pool sauna and hammam facilities. Very good communication with the host for any queries.Good to have so many English tv channels.

Awesome Arc 1950

The second time we have stayed here. We love the flat and its convenience to the slopes and amenities in Arc 1950. All very easy.

Great apartment & location

Great apartment in the centre of arc 1950, properly ski in/ski out. Sauna, steam room and hot tub near the ski room, board games a nice touch in the apartment. Three of us stayed, the only issue was the digital key which was only set up on 1 of our 3 phones to begin with which wasn't ideal, but sorted out pretty quickly. Would stay again.

Wonderful Stay

David’s communication and support second to none !🙂👍 …. Apartment has everything you could need and is superbly located within the building for easy access to Reception, ski room and slopes , and the sauna/steam/hot-tub. We are incredible 1950 fans , and David’s apartment did not disappoint.

Fantastic stay, great location with easy Ski In/Out

Really nice apartment in Refuge du Montagnard. Plenty of space for the 2 of us and easy accesss directly to/from the slopes. Have stayed at Les Arcs 1950 a number of times and the Refuge is my favourite blockage of apartments- nice and quiet but also very close to the restaurants, bars and shops. Our host, David, was super helpful and provided us with great support to check in. We will definitely be back.🤗

Lovely apartment in Arc 1950

This is a lovely apartment set in the beautiful village of Arc1950. Great communication with the owner prior to and during our stay when we had a question or two to be answered. Clean and tidy with plenty of facilities both in the apartment and within the building eg pool,Dana jacuzzi and the village itself eg restaurants and amazing supermarket and bakery, also sports shops etc. Well recommended

Return to Arc 1950

Very good ski in/out accommodation in the desirable location of Les Arcs 1950 - we enjoyed our skiing holiday ! Good comms with the host, David - responsive and helpful. Generally well equipped and in good condition. Quite small overall. Really not sure how you would manage with more than two occupants. The bedroom is only just big enough for the double bed and nothing else. Also very limited space for clothes and no hanging space.

Skiing in Les Arcs 1950

The appartment was well equiped as usual. We found everything we needed for a pleasent stay. The only point I have to mentionen is the size of the socalled sleeping room. It was extremely small, not as we expected as a separate room. I mentionen this because we have spent many times in Les Arcs 1950 since 2012 and that's why we can compare different apartments. A plan of the layout of the appartment and the size would be helpful for further desicions for booking.

Alles war sehr gut und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Als kleine Anmerkung: Die Toilette könnte bei Gelegenheit eine Grundreinigung vertragen oder es wäre hilfreich, entsprechende Reinigungsmittel bereitzustellen. Den Staubsauger habe ich kurz gereinigt, danach funktionierte er wieder problemlos Der Skikeller liegt außerhalb des direkten Einflussbereichs des Vermieters, dennoch möchten wir dies der Vollständigkeit halber erwähnen.Für weniger geübte Skifahrer kann der Zugang zum Skikeller etwas herausfordernd sein, insbesondere bei viel Schnee am Ausgang. Zudem befindet sich die Einfahrt an einer stärker frequentierten Piste und ist nicht sofort gut erkennbar. Mit entsprechender Aufmerksamkeit lässt sich die Situation jedoch gut bewältigen. Aber es ist Vorsicht geboten!!!!!Sauna und Dampfbad mit angrenzenden Whirlpool waren top .Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Procédure d’arrivée : R.A.S. Logement propre et calme. Fonctionnel. Literie parfaite. Linge en quantité suffisante. Pas d’appareil à fondue dans le logement mais en prêt dans la station. Au pied des pistes. A recommander fortement
