We stayed at this compact but comfortable one bedroom in a gated community for two months. The private outdoor space is lovely. The unit is well equipped and just as described also very near pool and hot tub. The host quickly responds to any communication. We would most definitely stay again.

Recently renovated reflecting a designer's touch, the property is conveniently located to the best that Palm Springs has to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lengthy stay. The condo was very tastefully and comfortably appointed inside and out, serenely quiet and immaculately clean. Only a few steps away, the pool and hot tub were perfectly maintained and easily accessible. The tennis courts were great, too and the condo property is beautiful, very secure, with very walkable surroundings and amazing views of the mountains. The neighbors are very friendly and delightful. David, the owner, was most welcoming and really went out of his way to make sure we were well situated and attended to a few maintenance needs immediately and thoroughly without being intrusive or disruptive to our schedules or routine. He is a terrific landlord and a generously very gracious host.

When we arrived in the unit and looked through the cupboards , it was very disconcerting when we found a loaded rat trap under the kitchen sink with some rat droppings. We live in Alberta which is a rat free province. Also, when we took the sheets off the bed to wash them, I found that the mattress cover had a couple huge body stains. We found that very disturbing because the cover did no look clean. The unit is situated in the Sunrise Palms gated communities. The area is well maintained and groomed. It is a very nice looking scene with 8 swimming pools and 3 hot tubs. Only a few of the pools were heated in January but that was acceptable. The owners are trying to update the unit with newer laminate flooring and 2 brand new patio doors.

AWESOME

David was wonderful to work with. He definitely went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His place was immaculate with the mid- century modern vibe. The complex that his place is in had it all! Tennis courts, basketball courts, 8 pools and hot tubs and it was gated and we felt very safe.

Gorgeous Rental with amazing views

Owner/Manager is wonderful. Excellent communication and flexibility, gorgeous views of the mountains. Beautiful Private patio and steps to one of 8 pools in the safe, gated complex. Also, very nicely decorated and remodeled!

We enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom unit, it is cozy and comfy. The unit is feet away from one of the many pools and a short distance from one of the heated pools ( 8 pools total ). The unit is part of a larger complex Sunrise Palms, but we felt like we had the place to ourselves and only saw the odd dog walker. The yard is located such that you get the benefit of the sun.

Excellent Accommodation

Enjoyed my stay at this property. Had rented it for 1st 2 weeks in the month. Liked it so well that I extended my stay for the remainder of the month. The only draw back was that it wasn’t close to a bus line and the bus to & from that location ran only every hour. A car is the best mode of transportation for this location. I would recommend this property to others.
