Charming apartment 100m from the slopes

Small charming apartment for four people.
It is for rent by the week in the center of the chapel of abundance (ski resort of Portes du Soleil).

It is situated facing south to the bottom of ski slopes and downhill (100m). Small balcony with mountain views. All comfort and with WIFI. Parking is close and shops also. We are 8 km from the Swiss border. The price varies according to € 300 weeks in January, February March and 600 €.

The deposit is 400 € and is due upon arrival.

Perfect month stay in the alps

Great apartment in chapelle d'abondance! Very good amount of living space, WIFI was excellent and we could work whilst out there. Great access to lifts and all of Portes du Soliel - would highly reccomend

Très bon séjour où l’on a été très bien accueilli. Appartement très bien situé en centre ville. Attention, il donne sur la rue même si ça ne nous a pas dérangé.

Petit appartement très fonctionnel, très joli point de vue du balcon. Emplacement au cœur du village

Après un accueil très sympathique, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, malgré le manque de neige à cette saison. De belles balades tous les jours au bord des pistes et de la rivière. L’accès aux stations plus hautes est rapide.

Appartement très confortable et fonctionnel pour 2 personnes, proche des commerces épicerie Proxi à 20m Boulangerie à 50m,... des commerçants aussi accueillants, disponibles et sympathiques que Maryse notre propriétaire. Sport, randonnée, détente, gastronomie, culture, rien ne manque à La Chapelle d'Abondance.

Des vacances à la montagne réussies !

La location charmante correspond aux photos et descriptifs donnés. Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 1 ado de 14 ans et cela a été le point de départ de nombreuses activités ( randonnées, VTT électriques (location de vélo à proximité), canyoning...En plus de découvrir la Chapelle d'abandance et ses alentours magnifiques, la distance nous a permis aussi de nous rendre au lac Léman, Evian et Thonon les Bains, Yvoire... Une boulangerie et une supérette sont à 2 pas de l'appartement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la petite terrasse pour prendre notre café face à la Montagne! A noter aussi la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mme Vuilloud ( propriétaire) à l'écoute et sensible à la qualité du séjour de ses vacanciers. Un séjour ensoleillé en Montagne comme on les aime!

On ne voulait pas repartir...

Excellent contact avec Maryse, adorable et dynamique. Très sympa de discuter avec elle. Le logement est proche de tout (boulangerie, Proxy, loueurs, remontées mécaniques...) nous n'avons plus eu besoin d utiliser la voiture une fois sur place. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci

Très bon accueil

Un joli appartement super bien aménagé avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée D'abondance. À côté un petit magasin "Proxi" super sympa et qui pratique des prix très abordables. En contrebas la boulangerie, croissants et baguette.... Miam miam ! .. Juste une sensation de bien être. Nous y retournerons....encore beaucoup de randonnées en projet 👍 En prime un très bon accueil de la propriétaire... Merci pour tout !

Cosy et lumineux au centre du village

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible, et l appartement est bien placé au centre du village. Le côté "sous le toit" apporte bcp de charme. Attention juste aux têtes pour les personnes grandes ;) L appartement est lumineux ce qui est plaisant. Je recommande !

Ski Apartment

Good location for the Port d’ Soleil. There are good bus links but having a car helps. Walking distance to the local slopes in Chapelle. The apartment was ok for 2 adults: there are 2 small beds for young children but very little head space in the eaves. There was plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. The apartment was always warm and can be easily temperature controlled. The kitchen part was well equipped but did not have a kettle. The cooker is induction and new. It worked well. There is limited head space, with the apartment being in the eaves, however in the kitchen area there is plenty and this was not a problem for us at all. There is a fabulous bakery next to the apartment and a small grocery store. Parking is off road and in an outside car park next to the bakery. There is an out room locker to store skis. The apartment is next to the main road in Chapelle which means travelling is easy but it could be noisy through the night sometimes. The apartment was a great place to stay for a month and amazing value for money I would recommend it for couples or small families on a budget who want a great location for access and amenities. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance also

Lief klein appartement alleen jammer dat je het geheel gepoetst achter moet laten op de ochtend van vertrek ben je wel ff bezig dan. De keuken is fijn en compleet! Supermarktje ernaast en een lekker bakkertje restaurantjes in de straat..
