New addition is the private heated pool! Please keep in mind, there is a lot of water, it doesn’t feel like a hot tub.
This beautiful, 4 level, 8 bedroom 6 1/2 bath oceanfront home in a secure gated community, was recently decorated and painted! This spacious 4358sqft getaway has large bedrooms, private bathrooms, and generous closets (many of them will easily fit a pack n play!). The first level parking can accommodate 6 cars. You may enter the home on the first level and take the elevator to all 4 levels! Very nice when hauling luggage or groceries, or just taking it easy on yourself! Furniture and beds are all new and are awaiting the arrival of you and your guests. This family friendly beach home is also pet friendly so feel free to bring along your fur babies!

This home is pet friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. This home does not allow any pets other than dogs. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the home.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.

Balconies on the 3 main levels stretch the entire length of the home to view the magnificent sugar sand beaches and waters of the gulf!
Use the pool in the general subdivision or use the hot tub, sauna, BBQ. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place to enjoy the ocean and mother nature, this is it. Watch, twice a day, as the Dolphins swim 20 yards off shore. A Marina and "Tacky Jacks" restaurant and Karaoke bar is right across the street, and 3 other restaurants and stores close by.

Owner's Comments: My name is Mike and my wife is Amy. We have a girl, and 2 boys, Eden, Isaiah, and Ethan. We have dreamt of owning a home on the beach for years and are so thrilled to see this dream realized. We named the home “Eden’s Waters” after our daughter and because it is simply paradise here! Our hope is that you will love spending time here as much as we do!
We have vacationed in Florida in the past and just recently became aware of the Fort Morgan area and we have to agree that it has the BEST beaches! White sugar, squeaky clean sand, and so secluded. The people here are great!
Unique Benefits of this home: Since the property is in a Gated subdivision (we will give you the gate code!), we all share in the amenities of the subdivision on the property. You are invited to use the pool in the general subdivision.
