Beautiful, 4 level, 8 bedroom 6 1/2 bath oceanfront home in a gated community with a private heated pool. This 4700sqft home has very large bedrooms, private bathrooms, and generous closets (can fit pack n plays!). Elevator, grill, and much more! Family friendly, PET friendly, and we offer luxury services for food delivery, baby, beach necessities! Magnificent sugar sand beaches and ocean views every floor.

Unique Benefits of this home: Since the property is in a Gated subdivision (we will give you the gate code!), we all share in the amenities of the subdivision on the property including a large community pool and gym. Our home comes with a private heated pool (not a hot tub!) and three decks to soak up the sun. We also recently add an arcade room with foosball tables, two professional arcade machines, and a kids air hocky table. We are excited to continue to update and improve our home so that our customers will want to come back to a better product every year.

If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place to enjoy the ocean and mother nature, this is it. There is a marina and Tacky Jacks restaurant, right across the street, and 3 other restaurants and stores close by. We normally walk to Tacky Jacks from our home when we are there. Plan about a 5 min walk time.

If you want major outlet shopping or more night activity, Downtown Gulf Shores is 18 miles East. Although Downtown is 18 miles away, we want to be very clear and transparent that you will need to budget about 30 min driving there and back based on traffic and distance. If you want to plan a trip to Foley which is further North, plan for a total of 45 min. Our home is in a great remote spot away from crowds so expect longer drive time. However though, there are many restaurants now closer than downtown and several markets for basic food and pantry items. We are only 1 mile from Ft. Morgan and the Ferry to Dauphin Island.

This property welcomes small dogs only (limit: two dogs). Please note the following important guidelines: Due to association by-laws, the following breeds are not permitted: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow and Pit Bull. Dogs only are allowed—no other pets permitted. Dogs must be at least 9 months old. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the home. Owners must clean up after their pets. No excessive barking is allowed. A pet fee of $150 per dog will be added to your receipt.
