The townhouse is in the Midtown Garden District neighborhood, and is walking distance to Piedmont Park, Peachtree Street, and the Beltline. It’s a diverse, residential, walkable neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, shops, gyms and bars.

My favorite thing to do is to relax by the pond in the backyard and enjoy the shade under the tree canopy. It’s also very relaxing to walk down Myrtle and Penn Ave - the next streets on your way west toward Peachtree Street - which are dominated by 1920s craftsman-style homes. I modernized the townhome and lived here for many years. I still live on the street and love providing tips on things to do. There’s a lot in walking distance!
