You'll enter your luxurious separate guest cottage through French Doors to a first floor inviting living space with a pillow-top California King bed, a separate sitting room with sleeper sofa, private full bathroom and a 43" UHD Roku TV.
You'll have a microwave as well as a mini-fridge stocked with water and a beverage station with a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea and cream.

Your Elegant and Chic Beach Cottage, located in the most prestigious part of Santa Monica is waiting for you.
Enjoy ocean breezes and a quick 7 block stroll to the majestic Pacific Ocean view bluffs where you can walk along viewing the ocean and in 2 miles reach the famous Santa Monica Pier. Lively Montana Avenue is also just a short walk away with dozens of shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. Behind the guest house is the well-known Santa Monica Stairs which leads down to a short 1 block walk to the beach.


Enjoy the famous California Lifestyle with an enviable indoor/outdoor experience. You can wake up with coffee on your private furnished patio while you enjoy the lush garden and sea air.
If you have a car, there is plentiful street parking. Our guest cottage is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and small families.

Perfect location and quiet stay

The rental was 30 minutes from almost all of our planned excursions, and very close to the Santa Monica Pier and Montana Avenue eateries. Natalie greeted me and my 11 year old child on arrival, settling us in to the very clean and quiet guest house. We used both the king bed and the twin pullout couch bed, and both were comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend making this your LA home base.

Great spot close to everything!

Natalie was a wonderful host. Met us late even after our flights were delayed. House was clean, easy and private. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay.

The cottage room was very well-appointed and comfortable. It's in a perfect location in a great neighborhood with lots of parking. Natalie was the perfect host. We hope to stay again when visiting family in the area.

Cozy stay in a beautiful neighborhood inland from the beach.

We enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood to great restaurants on Montana street. We drove to the Santa Monica beach area and walked along the Palisades park and down to the beach. We had a delightful two days in Santa Monica. Thanks

Great place in Santa Monica

Natalie was an awesome host with great communication from our initial contact to check out. The unit is comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed the private deck and yard area. It is an easy walk through a nice neighborhood to Montana Avenue or the park along Ocean Avenue.

Comfy, cozy room.

My daughter and I liked this place a lot. The bed was SO comfortable, its soft and luxurious and I was very well rested. The shower pressure is amazing. Parking was super simple and right out front. I walked over to the Santa Monica Stairs every morning and got some exercise in! We would definitely stay again. Super close to everything we wanted to explore in LA!

Just what we needed

My partner and I were visiting relatives for two days and nights, eating meals out, so we were looking for the simplest lodging. Just a safe comfortable bed and shower. This house was that. The hosts were extremely kind. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home, Incredible location

Natalie's home was such a wonderful find. The home itself is spotless, beautiful and very comfortable. She added all sorts of extra touches that made our stay extra special. Natalie was a very helpful host providing us with local restaurant recommendations and walking routes. Couldn't be happier with our stay. The outdoor garden was an amazing feature!

Cozy getaway

This cute little private guest apartment is perfect! It's difficult to get a rental in Santa Monica but with owners like Natalie, vacation planning becomes easy! The location was wonderful and the rental is spotless. Natalie has thought of everything and is available any time to help you out.

Amazing host

Our host Natalie lives on site and was extremely flexible regarding check in. She offered many ideas for restaurants, places to visit etc. and it was so thoughtful that she provided beach chairs and beach towels. She was delightful!

Enjoyable Weekend

We were looking for a nice location that included outside space. This property had a nice deck that we were able to enjoy. It was a nice walk to the Bluffs on Highway 1. Natalie was very welcoming and helpful.

Amazing getaway

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Natalie was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave us great suggestions. The location was ideal for walking to the beach and parking was easy and free. We could lie in bed and open large window/doors and look out on our personal deck with chairs, table and bench. Can't wait to come back again.
