Nestled in the heart of the Aurunci hills, surrounded by the lush Mediterranean scrub of Lazio amidst oak trees and broom, Villa Vallereale is the perfect place to relax in the tranquillity of nature whilst remaining close to nearby tourist centres.
The villa is suitable for families with children, ideal for those wishing to bring their four-legged friends along, and is very welcoming, comfortable and surrounded by trees. 2,500 m² plot (fenced), garden with plants, flowers and trees, in-ground swimming pool with salt-water purification system (8.00 m x 4.00 m, depth 150 cm, open from May to September, weather permitting). Outdoor shower, garden furniture and sun loungers, barbecue, grill, pizza oven.
The villa is spread over two floors, totalling 250 m².
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, living room with fireplace and satellite TV. Access to the garden. Large, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ‘Lavazza A Modo Mio’ capsule coffee machine and dining table with access to the air-conditioned veranda overlooking the garden, where you will find a further dining area. Two bathrooms with showers.
