Located on the ground floor of the house with a private terrace of 25 m2 with table and garden chairs. Garden furniture in synthetic rattan.

In one of the oldest houses in Vallon Pont d'Arc, located in the heart of the village and shops. 10 minutes' walk from the Ardèche river, and at the entrance to the Gorges de l'Ardèche nature reserve.
The swimming pool is common to the 4 gîtes. Above-ground swimming pool with dimensions of 8.50 mx 2.20 m. Secured by a gate with swimming pool lock.
All shops are doable on foot.
