Detached house of 150 m2 full of charm on a plot of 1300 m2 with swimming pool of 10x5 in a residential and very quiet area 2 km from the city center.
Its strong points are the calm and the different outdoor spaces to enjoy the sun and shade throughout the day around the 10x5 pool cradled by the song of the cicadas.
Vaison is 30 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car and you will find there
Tourist office, municipal swimming pool, library, cinemas, fitness center, hospital, supermarkets, and all the services of a city of 6000 inhabitants .... small shops, crafts, Provencal market ...

This really a perfect place, quiet environment, clean, having all comfort you would wish, very nice owners, who live nearby. All you can wish for to have a pleasant vacation. The pool is great, outdoor kitchen, shower and toilet very handy. All in all indeed a ‘coupe de coeur’

Beautiful place to stay

This is definitely one of the best stays I had in Europe and the US! Beautiful roomy 4 bedroom house with fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Very nice pool in the backyard and lot's of terraces, shaded and sunny. And all this in a beautiful French region (Vaucluse en Drome Provencal) were one can bike, hike and enjoy local villages and its weekly markets. Will try to be back next year and see the nice owners again (Nadia et Pierre).

Wonderful nice house

The moment you enter their beautiful villa it feels like home. We as a family with our parents and 2 girls aged 6 and 8 have more than enjoyed the Villa. The villa is very nicely maintained and well laid out and super clean. Nadia and Pierre are very welcoming and helpful. In summary, We will be back again!

Paradise

This is absolutely the most perfect place to stay. The house is lovely and spacious with all you could wish for. The beds are great and the kitchen has everything you need. Outside there's the swimming pool, although a bit cold in spring, it's still wonderful to have one large enough to swim some laps. The garden has all kinds of different spaces to eat and relax, with wonderful views, such as the Mont Ventoux that can be seen from the garden. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, but at the same time it's near the town centre where you can find shops and restaurants. Vaison is a beautiful town, with lots of history. Further away there are so many interesting places to visit, you won't be bored.Finally, Nadia and Pierre are lovely hosts. They live next door and always available for help or advice. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful house!

Fantastic house and pool, great location, friendly hosts

We just spent a fantastic week at "Villa Penard" in Vaison-La-Romaine, as a family of 6: 2 grand-parents (who used the bedroom and bathroom on the main floor), 2 parents and 2 kids (who used the 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor). We had a great time. Here is what we loved the most about the house: * The owners Pierre and Nadia are very friendly and helpful, and live next door. They truly did their best to help us have a great stay. For example, it was nice to wake up on the first day (after a late arrival the night before) to realize that there were some Nespresso coffee pods available, so that we could make some coffee prior to going grocery-shopping. One day Nadia brought us some fresh cherries they had just picked up in their yard. Another day we had some relatives come over for a "pool party", and Pierre came in the morning to check and inflate all the pool toys, and even brought us more so that the kids could have fun. * The house is immaculate and made of high-quality materials. * The neighborhood is very quiet: we slept with our windows open, and did not hear a thing except birds and crickets (and there were no mosquitoes to spoil the fun) * The pool is large, very clean, beautiful, and our kids loved the inflatable toys. * The covered patio is very nice - we ate all of our meals there in the shade, enjoying the fresh air. * The house is well-equipped, with all needed appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee makers, microwave, outdoor electric "plancha"/grill etc...), linens, towels, lounge chairs etc.. * The house stayed cool even on hot days. * Vaison is only a couple of kilometers away (about 3 to 5 minutes by car) and has ample free parking - handy to pick up fresh bread and croissants at the bakery in the morning, or to go to the market on Tuesday and Satuday morning. * Lots of activities nearby, such as visiting Roman ruins in Vaison and Orange (impressive theater), visiting Provence villages like Seguret and Gigondas, hiking (or biking) in the "Dentelles de Montmirail" above Gigondas, wine tasting etc... If you saw the movie "A good year", the actual square and restaurant were scenes of the movies were shot are in Villedieu, about 5km away from the house. * Other activities, a little further away: doing a day trip to Avignon, visiting the amazing replica of the Chauvet cave (prehistoric cave paintings), canoeing down the Ardèche river etc... We highly recommend Pierre and Nadia's house, and hope to come back soon

Het is een fantastisch huis op de ideale plek om de omgeving van de Mont Ventoux te verkennen. Het dorp Vaison-la-Romaine is ook leuk om te bezoeken en heel dichtbij. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een heerlijk zwembad. Nadia en Pierre zijn zeer warm en behulpzaam! Kortom een aanrader!

Wir haben mit 6 Personen im April 2 Wochen bei Nadia und Pierre gewohnt und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr gepflegt. Der 10 m lange Pool war im April zwar noch etwas kühl, dennoch haben wir unser tägliches Bad darin genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist top! Sehr ruhig am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man in die Stadt laufen, ansonsten sind Einkäufe mit dem Auto schnell erledigt.Wir waren als Radfahrer-Gruppe dort. Der Blick zum Mont Ventoux vom Grundstück aus und auch das Bergpanorama, dass wir bei unseren Ausfahrten genossen haben, sind einfach klasse.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das sind Objekt wurde zuvor durch die Vermieter länger bewohnt und ist daher mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet worden. Die Lage im Nordwesten ist sehr ruhig.Die Übergabe war äußerst freundlich, auch Nachfragen wurden schnell und präzise beantwortet. Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern imAlter zwischen 6 und 12 unseren Urlaub verbracht und können den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen. Gerade wer Wert auf Sauberkeit legt wird hier definitiv nicht enttäuscht werden.

Super maison ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour inoubliable. Très propre, spacieux, bien équipé, belle piscine. Bon acceuil pas les propriétaires qui habitent à côté.1 bmol : pas de clim. Ca serait intéressant pour l'avoir dans les chambres à coucher.

Séjour famille en juin 2025

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes, qui sont très aimables et sont restés à notre disposition en cas de questions de notre part (communiquant par SMS, ils répondaient rapidement).La maison est sublime et vraiment bien aménagée; vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin à disposition également (ventilateurs, serviettes, casseroles, papier toilette, etc.).Le coin pour manger à l'extérieur est vraiment idéal en plein été (car très bien protégé du soleil) et celui de l'apéro est très convivial!Les aménagements autour de la piscine sont idéals pour des familles qui souhaitent faire des journées piscine: il y a des WC à l'extérieur de la maison (pas besoin de mouiller l'intérieur!), un frigo et évier vers la plancha, des parasols et nombreux transatscoussins adaptés.L'intérieur de la maison ne demeure pas en reste! La cuisine est superbe et les salles de bain/douche sont vraiment adaptés à une famille nombreuse (3 WC, 2 douches1 baignoire, lave-linge). Les chambres sont fidèles aux photos et ont 1 commode et 2 tables de chevet chacune.La chambre du bas est idéale pour une personne à mobilité réduite car facilement accessible (2 marches à l'entrée de la maison et 1 marche à chaque porte fenêtres) et une salle de bain personnelle.La décoration entière de la maison est sobre mais colorée, exactement comme les photos présentes dans l'annonce!Le seul bémol que nous avons eu est avec le frigo; la porte ne se bloque pas automatiquement donc nous avo

Le bien était exactement conforme à l’annonce

Nous avons tout d’abord apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de Nadia et Pierre. Il ne manquait rien dans l’aménagement de la maison pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner. Un tout petit petit bémol : il faudrait réaffûter les grands couteaux Sinon, toute ma petite famille confirme que vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés en toute confiance
