Beautiful independent room of 30 m2 located in the heart of the village in Bonnieux one of the most beautiful hilltop villages in the Luberon.
Recently renovated in the rules of the art in an 18th century building, this vaulted room combines modern comfort with historic character. It has its own entrance, its bathroom, Wi-Fi, everything you need to prepare your breakfast (fridge, kettle, dishes ...) and a shaded courtyard to enjoy it in peace.
Its position in the heart of the village on the oldest and most beautiful pedestrian street in Bonnieux (rue des Pénitents Blancs), places it less than 5 minutes' walk from all the shops, restaurants and other amenities in the village.
Atypical charming room, it is ideal for couples looking for escape.

A unique experience

Very central location with parking as described. The interior was cleverly illuminated and cave-like. The wifi connection only worked in selected areas of the room.

Charming and romantic getaway

We loved staying here.. the apartment looks like an old wine cave, surrounded by beautiful stone ceilings, tastefully decorated and a super comfy queen size bed. We had everthing we needed, and the housekeeper was wonderful.. dropping off towels and bath products. Bonnieux is a beautiful medeival town with a wonderful market. Mathieu thoughtfully left a wtite up of all the weekly markets in surrounding towns. There are many beautiful places to visit nearby, and the view from Bonnieux is amazing. We had a lovely stay in our different and pretty apartment.

Tout y était, l'emplacement. Manque proximité de parking. Chambre impeccable, propre. Tout le kit indispensable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un petit accueil même court du propriétaire. Mais très bien. Séjour vivement conseillé.

Beautiful Bonnieux

The property was excellent for two, not too tall people. A CD DVD player and small tv would have been good as we had 2 days of rain, otherwise all good. Finding the place is a bit of a challenge, suggest reference is made to the only traffic lights in Bonnieux as being the street location A diagram would make it easier. Not everyone is computer equiped with google maps etc etc.

The property is lovely to stay in. Very clean and tidy. Has all you need for a short stay. Very central to the village, restaurants and shops. Host was very pleasant and told us lots of useful information. Had a lovely 4 days away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this special place nestled within a lovely hilltop town. Matthieu was always there for us even as he was on his own holiday. Nathalie was very helpful too! Loved the surrounding town, the architecture and the views! The atmosphere was wonderful! Thank you!

Cute and cosy room in amazing medieval village

U enter a small but neat courtyard and pair of French doors to this comfortably sized bedroom. We were told the original house dates back to 17th C but the updating is excellent. Clean, comfy, warm and tastefully decorated, it comes with a sizeable bathroom and ample surfaces to put your toiletries. A microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. are neatly placed on a buffet, A tray is provided to facilitate moving Ur coffee and breakfast items to be enjoyed at the sofa + coffee table. Though the small windows can be a bit dark, the room is adequately and artistically illuminated with readying and accent lights. Mathieu is extremely friendly and helpful. He directed us to the parking and helped us move our bags to the property, which is a few steps down the street. When leaving, he showed us an easier way, and again helped us load our bags into the car which we could park at the street corner from the unit. It's a joy to walk around Bonnieux. There are nice restaurants some with awesome views within 5 mins. from this property. I would recomment this property anytime and hope to return on our next vacation to the Luberon.

Heavenly experiance!

Excellent location in Bonnieux! Everything in walking distance! Even so close to a panorama view Over Luberon area! The golden cave embraced me with an excellent quality bed ! The neighbor of the owners Really helped out to find my way to Avignion to Lyon many thanks for that! Heavenly experience!

Notre séjour était parfait, chambre très propre et avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin (draps, serviette, seche cheveux...). Je recommande vivement!
