Ghost Canyon Getaway Unit #2

This unit is a hotel style unit. This unit has a queen bed, double sleeper sofa, and a private bath. The unit has a 4.5 cubic fridge and freezer (big – mini fridge), a coffee pot, and a microwave. There are plenty of options for cooking with a private barbecue with a side burner outside, and the fire-pit with a cooking grate. There is a kitchenette with a sink to wash dishes. The units are stocked with dishes, coffee cups and utensils for cooking if you wish to cook in instead of eating out.

The unit has heat and air conditioning, free internet, and satellite TV. We provide bed linens and towels. The rooms are cleaned when you check out and a one-time cleaning fee is charged. If you need additional towels or bed linens during your stay, just let us know.

Ghost Canyon Gettaway is a wonderful place! All aspects of our stay were very enjoyable. Communication with our host was great. Everything was clean and the location is quiet. It's close to Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore and Wind Cave is not that far either. Hermosa is reasonably close to get supplies or go eat. My wife had a nice time and that's important:) Highly recommended!

Great location to everything

Great location, quiet, comfortable, everything you need. Close to Custer, Wind Cave, and Badlands NP.

Great stay

Was a cute property and had everything we needed for our stay. Was close to Custer park and nice to be able to go back mid day between activities. Quiet area so that was nice!

Perfect little place

A very peaceful country setting. Relaxing accommodations. Nature all around you, but still very close to local attractions. Highly recommend this getaway.

It was super quiet with horses grazing in the field right by our place. They even came over to be petted. Nice outdoor space. Cute rustic feel. It was handy to the Buffalo Roundup in Custer State Park, Custer and Hermosa. Beautiful area.

The cabin was very clean and quiet. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. There was just enough activity of people to not feel isolated, but still quiet enough to relax and enjoy nature.

South Dakota Getaway!

Beautiful down home feel to this property. The cabin was huge and fully furnished. Great place for a family getaway. We hiked several trails nearby and the owner was very helpful with all kinds of information that made our stay top notch. We would love to return with the rest of our family.

Amanda was a most excellent host. She even provided a fan ! The surroundings are what I imagine heaven to resemble and the proximity to Mount Rushmore was perfect within a half an hour drive.

Reminded me of my cabin growing up

This was a great place. It was very clean, temperature was great, and it was close to Mt Rushmore and other national parks. We used both the queen bed and sofa bed. It was safe and secure and I would definitely stay there again!

Breathtaking

Ghost Canyon Getaway is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was readily available for cooking on the black stone griddle or the grill. The property is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. I would highly recommend staying there! If I could give it more stars, I would.

A Quiet, Calm, and Incredible Getaway

Ghost Canyon Getaway was one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed. The hosts were phenomenal, incredibly kind and warm. They offered me Easter dinner and company and ensured I had everything I needed for my long weekend away. The location was gorgeous and I am looking forward to going back as soon as I can.
