Home owners are empty nesters and live on main floor. We only charge a $10 cleaning fee to keep cost down, and we appreciate that our guests have been respectful in leaving the apartment in tidy condition:)

Newly remodeled open-concept 3 bedroom basement apartment. Tall 9 foot ceilings throughout makes you feel like you're not even in a basement. New floors in main living area, new kitchen and appliances, new furniture in living space. Separate thermostat.

* Bedroom 1: King bed; also accommodates queen air mattress and/or pack & play

Guest Access
You will have a separate entrance into the private basement apartment, which includes an open main living area and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a double vanity and a separate bathtub/shower and toilet. You will have access to family games and some toys for smaller children.

Interaction with Guests
To ensure your privacy, we have self check-in so you won’t have to worry with the hassle of meeting up with anyone. However, we are available as needed and happy to assist with any questions you may have.
