Views of the Ballhooter lift and slopes! Very clean & cozy!! Very clean & cozy!! You will totally feel at home in this lovely condo. Only steps away from The Village and the Ballhooter lift. Once you arrive, park in the security-guarded lot and you won’t have to drive again until you are ready to leave. The restaurant (Winter only) and Conference Center are all on-site. Queen size bed and foldout couch. Flat-screen TV. Sleeps four comfortably. Towels/linens provided. Great condo for those who like to watch the action at the lift!

Modern kitchen with new oak cabinets. Refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Full-size stove and oven. Coffee maker. Large kitchen island with seating for 4. Cozy living room with a fold-out couch. TV w/ DVD player. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by the elevators.

- Dedicated high-speed Internet inside the condo (City Net)
- DISH Network HD TV Channels including HBO and Cinemax
- Please note that there is an entrance fee to use Split Rock Pools.
- PETS AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Place was great, location was great the only problem we had was when we arrived there were no beds made or extra linens for the sofa sleeper and there were no towles in the bathroom. The front desk and cleaning staff were able to quickly fix the problem.

Ski break

My daughter and I stayed for a short break and it was fantastic. Super convenient! The building is a bit beat up but considering amount of water that gets tracked in and people wearing their ski boots one would expect that. We were able to look out the deck door and see how busy the slopes were. Absolutely loved being able to come in and take a break before going out and skiing more. This was a hidden gem that we will definitely try to rent again. The front desk was friendly. Parking was super convenient and the actual condo was very nice and accommodating.

Perfect ski locale

The perfect place for a ski trip at Snowshoe. Lots of places to shop and eat nearby at the village. Never had to get back in the car.

Loved it for our ski trip

My family of 4 stayed here with our two boys. We loved the location of the unit. Perfect for skiing. Walkable to everything in the village. Outstanding view of ballhooter lift! Unit was outdated, but we knew that. Very, very clean. Will stay here again!

Fun at Snowshoe

Had a great time skiing with my son. We really enjoyed the quick access to the slopes, along with the short walk to the village shops!

We had a great time. The location is great, the condo had everything we needed and it was clean. I personally really appreciated all the hooks and shelves in the hall and in the bathroom.

very neat slope side location. Not only it was close to the lift, but it had a great view to the lift. You can see other ski and snowboarders gathering infront of the lift in the morning and see the snow maintainece team working on slopes during night. Conveniently located in the middle of the lodge, so you can both utilize the elevator and also back stairs to the slopes.

The conda was great worked out perfect and even was able to reserve an extra day last minute. Only complaint fart fan filter was clogged an not working properly. Smoke detector battery went out and beeping at nite.

Landing Spot

This was the perfect place to return to after a day biking on the trails. Had all we needed to make meals, rest and relax each evening we were there. Able to lock bikes securely each evening. Would return and recommend to others.
