We loved our stay. The view is amazing, property is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. We had to contact the owners regarding an issue that was out of their control, they were very responsive and helped us resolve it right away. 10 out 10.

Lovely views from the patio, fully stocked, easy booking and check-in and great communication from hosts. Nice and clean. Older unit so could use a little TLC along with kitchen tools/cookware. Great beach gear including chairs and umbrella and boogie boards. A cooler would be helpful. Beach in front of building very crowded the week we were there but still plenty of room. A lot of street noise at night. Enjoyed our stay!

We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was exactly like the pictures!It was clean, the decor was very cute, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our kids were also very excited about the board game selection!The beach view from the condo was incredible. Love that you have an ocean view while making dinner or taking a break on the couch.The indoor heated pool was amazing for when it rained, or we needed a break from the sunshine. We will definitely be back!

We so enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect, a spectacular view, great location and the owners are lovely. It far exceeded out expectations!! The condo was the cleanest Vrbo we have stayed in yet. We will be booking a return trip soon. Most definitely a 5 star property!!! Thank you!

This is an amazing place to stay. The condo is equipped with everything you think you will need. The location is excellent and views from the balcony are spectacular. Only negative, and it’s not even related to the condo, is that even though it’s a non smoking facility you will have neighbors that will smoke on their balcony and ruin it. Gail and Rick are super duper hosts. They respond quickly and give you all the information you will need. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful vacation spot

My family enjoyed our late July stay on this property. The location was amazing and super convenient. It was clean and we definitely would return in the future.

Great location

We had a great stay and even added another night. The communication with the owners was smooth and efficient. We are already planning our next trip and will be staying here again.

Great location and extremely clean! The property is exactly as described in the listing…and actually better!! The hosts communicated the check-in process well in advance of our stay. Arrival and checkout were very easy.

Family Vacation

Condo was very nice. The queen bunk beds worked very well for the kids. Condo was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Great place!

Wonderful stay on Miramar Beach

The five star review doesn’t tell the whole story but it’s a start. The condo was exactly as advertised and very convenient to all the listed amenities. The communication was simple and everything from the short walk down to the beach to the built in bunk beds for our kids were perfect for our stay. Thanks to Rick and Gail we will be back again!

Excellent experience

The condo was perfect for us. The view is amazing and the amenities were great. My daughters especially enjoyed the custom bunkbeds. There really isn’t a thing I would change about the place.

Great location and view!

We loved this condo! Well equipped and owner very responsive to any questions. Esp loved the balcony, comfy chairs on it? and view we had. Coffee shop was walking distance, beach right across street. Indoor outdoor pool and hot tub nice and clean.we will be back!

Week away from the rat race!

The condo was very nice and loved being able to park in the basement of the building so car was out of the sun and also not fighting for a parking spot. We were very impressed with the condo. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Loved being able to just walk out on the balcony and see the gulf coast. We were lucky enough to see a manatee swimming down the beach and people had no clue that it was even around.
