Ideal for 4 to 5 people including a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave grill, fridge, 4 ceramic hobs, Senséo Switch coffee maker, kettle, toaster, bathroom, separate WC, a master bedroom with bed (140 * 190), a living room with 1 pull-out bed and 1 sofa bed, TV, wall-mounted stereo, table, chairs, plenty of storage.

Third time staying at this apartment. Always well appointed with excellent communication. The location is fantastic, close to car park for unloading, and less than a minute to get onto the piste.

Ideal

Return to this apartment as we were so impressed with it last year. Small like most ski apartments, it has such clever storage and is well appointed, two adults and 2 grown up children were comfortable for the week. Easy parking close by, and less than one minute from the door to the piste. Thank you. Hopefully we will return again :-)

Lovely location

The property is very close to the ski schools. Car parking is convenient too. I managed to get 80 steps away! The instructions with pictures were helpful and location 18/19 once in the car park gives you 10 mins to unpack before finding a space. Everything you need is in the apartment - more than you normally expect. The only reservation is the lack of WiFi although this can be purchased for around 25 euros for the week. The hosts are very prompt at answering any queries and I would definitely return.

Great apartment in central ski location

This was our second visit to La Plagne, first time in Belle Plagne. We would recommend the apartment, it is well located to shops and pistes. Beds were comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Also there are beautiful views over mountains. The owners provided great communication before and during our stay, which was super helpful. The Car park is located very close to the apartment but there are limited spaces and as such we ended up unloading by the entrance to the apartment block and parking on a lower floor in an unreserved space. Also there is a height restriction on the car park which meant we needed to remove our roof box to park in a bay and to exit the car park itself. Linen and towels need to be rented separately from the key collection point in the village - make sure you book these or pick up when collecting the keys. We had a great time and would definitely consider returning and renting this apartment again.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans cet appartement au pied des pistes. La vue sur la montagne était tout simplement sublime, et l’emplacement nous a permis de profiter du ski dès le matin. L’appartement était très confortable, parfaitement équipé, et tout était conforme aux attentes. De plus, l’organisation avec le propriétaire était impeccable : toutes les indications étaient très claires, et l’accès ainsi que l’entrée dans l’appartement ont été très fluides. Nous recommandons vivement, et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié :- la vue panoramique sur le domaine depuis le balcon- l'emplacement de l'appartement juste au-dessus du Club Piou-Piou Haut de Belle-Plagne pour les petites jambes, et très proche du point de RDV "ESF Haut" pour les plus grands- un grand nombre de rangements qui compense bien une petite superficie pour 5 personnes- une facilité et rapidité de circulation vers le centre de Belle-Plagne avec 2 escalatorsDe plus, nos hôtes ont été de très bons conseils.

Une très belle semaine de sport d'hiver

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour une famille de trois adultes et un jeune ado de 12 ans. Les infos préparatoires étaient particulièrement précises de la part des propriétaires. La procédure de réception des clés claire, facile et rapide. L'accès en voiture à proximité du logement fut assez chaotique à cause de la forte affluence en pleines vacances scolaires (parking saturé, accès difficile avec un box de toit, stationnement final en contrebas de Bellecôte). Le logement n'était pas très propre mais les propriétaires s'en sont excusés et n'ont pas été exigeants, en retour, lorsque nous avons quitté les lieux (même si, par correction et éducation, nous avons quand même fait un vrai ménage de base). L'appartement est idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de Belle Plagne, à proximité directe des pistes. En mars, le soleil donne encore sur la terrasse jusqu'à 18h00 ! Parfait !! En termes de localisation, l'appartement a aussi l'avantage d'être entouré de deux appartements réservés à du stockage pour Pierre & Vacances, ce qui implique qu'il n'y ait pas de voisins directs et donc pas de nuisances sonores. Le seul inconvénient est que deux fois sur la semaine, nous fûmes quand mêmes dérangés par des livraisons nocturnes (4h du matin !) de chariots métalliques de linge ... Pour le reste, l'appartement dispose d'une literie correcte, du sdb en bon état, d'un WC séparé, d'une cuisine pratique (j'ajouterais un rien en plus en matière de vaisselle, notamment 2 ou 3 verres à vin svp !!).

Très bonne adresse

Appartement très bien équipé, bien situé, conforme à l'annonce. La communication avec les propriétaires était très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés tard, dans des conditions de circulation difficiles suite à un gros éboulement sur la N90, mais les propriétaires ont tout mis en œuvre pour faciliter notre arrivée tardive.Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Super séjour

Nous avons passer un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé et très fonctionnel. La vue du séjour est splendide. Des propriétaires toujours disponible pour la moindre question. Nous y retournerons sans hésitations.

Gérée par un service conciergerie/buraliste qui n'a pas le temps pour vous car a ses propres clients, ça ne facilite pas l'arrivée et le départ. Manque de produits, ne serait-ce qu'un rouleau de PQ pour l'arrivée... Disons que pour le prix, on est habitués à mieux. (Nos amis avaient le même appart, mieux équipé, meilleur état,200€ moins cher )

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Belle-Plagne. Les explications du propriétaire pour obtenir les clés à l'arrivée étaient claires et utiles. L'appartement est bien situé au pied des pistes. Seul petit hic, la hauteur des poutres dans le garage était trop basse. Nous avons dû démonter et remonter le coffre de toit plusieurs fois. A part ça, tout était parfait.

Très belle vue sur les montagnes avoisinant

Séjour à la neige sous le soleil, notre semaine était parfaite tant pour la neige que pour l’ensoleillement. L’appartement est bien situé avec une vue imprenable, il me semble cependant qu’il est difficile d’y séjourner à 5 personnes sans être très intimes. L’appartement est joli et bien équipé mais très mal isolé au niveau acoustique. (il n’y pas grand chose à faire malheureusement ) L’accès au parking ainsi qu’aux ascenseurs est facile de même l’accès aux pistes se fait à la sortie du local à skis , c’est très facile! Bref je recommande pour l’emplacement et la vue , rien à redire!

Location brilliant. Superbly appointed apartment with well thought out storage. Easy to pick up keys. Excellent communication from owner. Beautiful views. We had a fabulous stay and can not fault the apartment.

Vacances en famille

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Agréable, lumineux, bien équipé. Très bien situé dans la station et dans le bâtiment... accès direct aux pistes ski aux pieds ! Seuls points négatifs pas de wi-fi et problème avec le coffre au toit (sur SUV) dans le parking (possible de rentrer dans le parking mais certains endroits du parking étaient trop bas) Nous avons eu un très bon séjour.

Emplacement idéal ski aux pieds proche de toutes commodités

Conforme à l'annonce. Nous étions une famille de 5, appartement très bien agencé et équipé. Proche ESF, supérette, magasin de location de ski et restaurant. Départ ski au pieds idéal. Appartement situé à l'étage du parking (idéal pour le déchargement). Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine.
