Full new kitchen and appliances, new counter tops and vanities throughout home, added bedrooms and bathrooms, hot tub, expanded deck, new outdoor and indoor furnishings, outdoor covered BBQ area, fire pit, private beach access stairs, additional parking and more!

The Surf View Cottage is a direct ocean front and ocean view home. This home is six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home is an open concept home with the kitchen, dining and living areas open to the views and great room.
This home has six bedrooms, four king bedrooms, one queen room and a room with a twin over full bunk and a queen pull out sofa bed.
There is a large living room with a large sectional sofa, double sided fireplace and a large 65 inch smart UHDTV.
The large dining room table has seating for 12 and there is an additional kids table with seats for 4 children. There is seating at kitchen bar for two.
Every bedroom in the home has a new Samsung Smart UHDTV, all new furnishings and high quality linens.
The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped to prepare meals for your group. There is also a BBQ for guest use.
This home is comfortable and cozy with several quiet places to escape and watch the waves or curl up to enjoy a book.

Pros: Great location and served our purpose. Just steps to the beach. Outdoor firepit, hot tub, enough room for our group, 2 refrigerators, plenty of kitchen dishes/untenails, beach towels provided. Cons: Was not very clean, hair in the bathroom drawers, showers, and on the floors, vents/fans gross. Hide a bed upstairs was broke and seems to be an ongoing issue. Kitchen freezer drawer was froze shut. Upstairs gas fireplace didn’t work, shower head in bathroom didn’t work. None of the carbon-dioxide detectors had batteries in them, missing smoke alarms and broken blinds. Covers on dining rooms chair either need replaced or cleaned, stuck on dried food.

This property has an excellent location right on the beach. It should be noted that getting to the beach can be tricky for anyone needing assistance as the stairs are high with no railing. Neskowin is charming. The house however is very tired. It says there are four bathrooms but one of the showers didn’t work. After alerting the property manager about it, we were told a plumber would be called. No plumber ever showed up so we had three showers for 16 people. Kitchen cabinets were falling off the hinges and beds were broken. We enjoyed our stay but feel the price was too high for the condition of the house.

We especially understand how frustrating it was to have only three working showers for a group of 16. We wanted to let you know that the shower has since been repaired. Unfortunately, the plumber arrived after your departure, despite our efforts to have the issue addressed during your stay, and we regret that the timing did not work out. We also appreciate you bringing the other maintenance concerns, including the cabinets and beds, to our attention. We are following up on those items as well. It was a great house! The view and sunsets were beautiful! House was clean and well stocked. They were doing some landscaping construction in the front so parking was a little more challenging but it worked out fine! Definitely worth renting!

We are currently putting in a beautiful front patio, walk way, and landscaping. The home also just received a full exterior paint job. Neskowin is my favorite spot and it’s private, I love the beach access! No extra bunk bed but there was. Hide a bed which we didn’t use. No attached bathroom except for the queen bed. Just found dishes not washed in the dishwasher and a load of laundry in the dryer, brought bromine and glad I did, cleaned some sand out of the hot tub. Did not like that you can’t check in early without the threat of alarms, as we always leave way before 10:30. Made great memories and loved the house!

We were upgraded last minute a new house and it was WONDERFUL! Our host was attentive and responsive and kind. We will def. be back! There were a ton of dishes/glasses and cookware to use which was amazing! The view was magnificent. Thank you so much!

Perfect set-up for our family!

Plenty of real bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy and wonderful common areas and deck space for family fun! House is worn just enough that you won't be panicking over every grain of sand tracked in and every dropped crumb. Kids loved the private sandy backyard and walks on the beach to see sea stars and bald eagles. Parents loved the decks for sunning and the firepit for conversation.

Gorgeous waterfront large home

Beautiful property, comfy and spacious main room, clean, excellent hot tub looking at the water. Felt very private despite close proximity neighbors. Would love to come back, thank you for an incredible weekend!

Great location and view!

Property is clean. Beds need memory foam but they are not terrible. Make sure you download and screen shot everything before heading out. There is a gate code and then a door code.

Family Trip

The house is very spacious and was true to its description. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of space for the 9 of us to mive around. The proximity to the beach is excellent with easy access to the ocean.

Wonderful Beach House

We had a wonderful time at this beach front property. The house was great and the location unbeatable. House was very clean and spacious, the views from the sitting room were awesome. Just open the widow and hear the ocean roar. We defintiley would stay again.

Perfect location!

House was beautiful…just like the pictures, very clean, and great beachfront location. Our whole family had a great time. The extra things like the kids table, high chair, and pull out beds were put to good use. We felt there could’ve been more beach towels and better knives but overall great home! We would stay there again.
