Great view in a great location. The communication with the host was excellent throughout . The condo was super clean and very nice. Everything you needed was within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable as well. This place was the total package.

The location is superb! If you chose to do so, you could park your car and not drive for the rest of your stay. Boulineau’s is an incredible grocery store (with a built-in deli and hot bar) and is less than a block away. There are also quite a few fun restaurants with a block or two of the building The view from the unit is also fantastic. We saw dolphins (even without the use of binoculars!) almost every day we were there. The building is not the newest, but the pool and hot tub or both well maintained, and everything is clean. The unit is quite nice and has everything you need. We had two great cooks in our party, and they were both impressed by how well appointed the kitchen was. We would return in a heartbeat!

The rooms were cleaned. There were missing blinds in the living room, which were little privacy . Some of the dining room chairs were wobbling . The welcome book needs updating. Some of the air vents needs cleaning. The view was absolutely amazing .

This condo was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean upon arrival. The location is perfect also. It has very easy beach access and is located within walking distance of great restaurants and a grocery store. The host could not be any nicer and helpful! I hope to visit this condo again! We loved everything about it!

Great vacation rental for my family of four. Excellent communication with the host. Seamless and convenient check in/out. There was a pleasant welcome basket and personalized note when we arrived. Clean and comfortable unit but slightly outdated. Well-equipped unit for cooking/dining. Gorgeous sunrise view from the large oceanfront balcony on the ninth floor. Balcony sunset view was partially blocked by the adjacent building. Many nice restaurants/stores within walking distance. Ample parking across the four-lane street. One of the two elevators was out of service all week but didn't cause any delays. Enjoyed the two hot tubs and outdoor pool. Linens were not included in the room price so we paid the host 89 for the linen package. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to the gracious host!

Great location with grocery and restaurant options in walking distance. Easy access to beautiful wide beach. The condo unit was very clean and well appointed. The building’s public areas (halls, elevators, pool) are very clean as well. Excellent communication with host.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice and quiet. It was decorated nicely. I will stay here again. It was only my husband and I but there was enough room for me to bring my kids.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The views were breathtaking at sunrise. Owner is very responsive.

Great beach property

Excellent place to stay!

This property offers everything you need and want! Very clean, furnished with your everyday kitchen needs, linens, comfortable furniture and beds, safe, friendly neighborhood and only steps away from the beach! Beautiful ocean view from the balcony with a pool too! We will be back!

Great Condo

This is a great Condo. The unit is beautifully decorated with all the desired amenities. I had excellent communications with the owner. We will definitely try to stay here again.
