Located in the south of France, Provence in Sausset Mediterranean to the edge Pines 30 km from Marseille.
Beautiful modern and design Villa, air-conditioned with electric gate.
16 beds max.
Our villa 'Ma Paulo' with swimming pool is brand new, as well as the furniture. Large heated swimming pool of 4X11 m2.
600 meters from the sea and 500 meters from a supermarket.
It is in a pine forest of 3500m2 private and fenced with private heated pool. 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 fridge! including an American ... Long live ice cubes easy!
You will love the sound of cicadas and swimming in the creeks. There are sandy beaches also for fans.
The house is equipped with a table tennis, balls, 5 mountain bikes, scooter ...
For the winter, we have made available 2 raclette services! the fireplace is usable, there is wood ready for use.
Possibility of meeting, seminar company, equipment provided. Screen, paper board ...

A beautiful property in a quiet, private setting within easy access of restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the chance to buy some excellent, locally produced foods at the Sunday market by the harbour. We were a three generation family and we all appreciated the lovely warm pool and the range of activities available in the garden. The villa is comfortable and extremely well equipped both inside and out. We particularly enjoyed cooking dinner outside on the planchette and eating on the terrace beside the pool. Happy memories!Véronique and Alain were perfect hosts. They obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making their visitors' stays as enjoyable as possible. I can definitely recommend this property.

We felt like we were staying in our own private resort. Beautiful villa, and pool! It was an easy walk to the sea, restaurants and stores. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly by text to any questions we had.

Veronique could not have been more helpful, especially as we were delayed and didn’t arrive until after midnight She even arranged her lovely friend to take us back to the airport to collect our hire carsThe pool area was wonderful and kept the children happy all day Our French ski guide came to stay for a few days and took us on some great days out, but it did involve some travellingOverall a wonderful family holiday which everyone enjoyed

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful week at the property. It was well equipped with everything that we needed and the pool was the perfect temperature. The beds were large and very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. Veronique and Alain were amazing hosts and so keen to help us to enjoy our holiday as much as possible. 2 week easter holiday

Nice, friendly hosts. A very nice, well-furnished house, pleasant temperatures, a well-maintained pool, all shopping facilities nearby and larger markets within 20min driving distance. We were there with children and everyone enjoyed it very much. We would love to come back!

Family special birthday years treat

We went in April, weather was perfect for us, we were outside nearly all day everyday, lots to do immediately around the villa, daily walk to get breakfast perfect start to a relaxed holiday. Sunday market in Saussette enjoyed by all, plenty of cafes and restaurants in the town, good little coastal walks and explored the hillside behind the villa, butterflies and wildflowers beautiful. The heated pool and boules a bit hit for everyone. Well equipped kitchens inside and outdoors.

Family holiday

The property was of a very high standard in all respects, well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location was good for short walks to the town centre and port, as well as for visiting further afield. Any queries we had during our stay regarding the property or the area were answered promptly and fully by the hosts either in person or by text, The hosts were welcoming, friendly and approachable at all times. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the pool, and there was ample space to park both our cars. There was a wild fire in the nearby area during our stay and at one point there was the possibility that we might have to pack up and leave, however the hosts kept us fully informed and in the end, all was well.

Fantastic holiday

We stayed here for a family holiday, 3 generations, and our first impression was "wow" - to quote my (adult) children "the web site and pictures do not do it justice. The owners Veronique and Alain could not do enough to make us feel welcome and help us. They provide a fantastic information pack with everything you need to know, and respond immediately to any questions both before and during the holiday. The pool area is perfect for a hot August, and it's stepped layout at one end meant that our two two-year old grandsons could stand and wander around safely (with arm bands). I think we used all the facilities, from the bikes to cycle to the shops, the child's buggy, sun umbrella, table tennis, Petanque (boules), swings etc. You can walk to the beach (if you are looking on google maps there is a tunnel under the railway line), but if you want a sandy beach then it's an 10 min drive. The town is also walk-able - we walked to the Sunday market, and actually easier as parking in August is "fun". and there is a Lidl with car park just 2 mins by car. Did we love our stay there - YES Would we go back - YES Would we recommend both the house and hosts - YES!

Fantatisch. Deze villa heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en nog veel, veel meer. Supervriendelijke eigenaren. Geweldige locatie, op wandelafstand centrum. Zalig zwembad. Perfect voor meerdere gezinnen of grote groepen, 3 frigo's, 2 afwasmachines! Kortom alles, maar dan ook echt alles is aanwezig voor een ideale vakantie.

Séjour exceptionnel et accueil très chaleureux de la part de Véronique et Alain

Tout était parfait. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins. Nous étions 3 générations de 75 à 3 ans et nous avons tous apprécié le confort des chambres, l’équipement de la cuisine très complet et les petites attentions de nos hôtes, vin, gâteaux pour les enfants, savon de Marseille. La maison est parfaite pour un séjour familiale Avec ses 6 chambres très bien chauffées pour la période de Noël et le grand salon avec sa cheminée tout était très agréable. Le grand jardin avec ses jeux pour tous les âges nous donne l’impression d’être en pleine nature et l’accès au village se fait à pied. Nous recommandons chaudement la maison et ses hôtes et y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Merci Véronique et Alain pour cet inoubliable Noël

Alain und Veronique sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Sie kümmern sich um alle Details, sind immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Grossfamilie braucht, Garten, Pool und Umgebung bieten Erwachsenen und Kindern viel Platz mit Spiel- und Ruhemöglichkeiten. Wir (11 Erwachsene, 4 Kleinkinder), haben noch nie so perfekte Verhältnisse vorgefunden. Merci!

Traumhaft schöne Villa und sehr grosszügige Umgebung, wunderbar beheizter Pool!

Dieser Aufenthalt war paradiesisch schön um meinen runden Geburtstag mit der ganzen Familie, Partnern, Enkelkind zu feiern! So viel Platz! Super ausgerüstet, es fehlte an nichts! Und die Sommerküche beim Pool mit dem Eismaschinenkühlschrank inkl. gekühltem Wasserspender war der Hit! Véronique und Alain sind sehr zuvorkommend, mega nett, immer erreichbar und pflegen das tolle Anwesen mega gut! Wir alle fühlten uns rundum wohl, konnten die Ferien super gut genuessen! Wir sind mega dankbar für diese rundum erholsamengelungen gemeinsamen Ferien!

Urlaub in Sausset-les-Pins

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem wirklich tollen Haus! Es war alles wie beschrieben - und noch viel besser! Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Kontakt mit Véronique und Alain ist super freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Sie sind Gastgeber mit Herz und Seele. Vor allem für unsere Kinder war es ein Paradies. Der Pool wurde alle paar Tage gereinigt. Und zwischendurch hat Alain uns noch neue Pool-Tiere gebracht. Es gibt zusätzlich Fahrräder, Buggys, Kindersitze fürs Auto. Alles perfekt! Und die Outdoor-Küche ist ein Traum! Wir haben im Prinzip zwei Wochen draußen gelebt! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!!

superbe villa - super emplacement -super propriétires

avons passé une semaine en famille - grands-parents, enfants et petits enfants - nous étions 12 et étions ravis de cette villa superbe - bien équipée - bien desservie pour que chacun passe une semaine très agréable. La villa a tout le confort - un cadre superbe - une piscine sublime que nous avons utilisée - il faut reconnaitre que le soleil était avec nous - ce qui nous a permis de déjeuner sur la terrasse devant la piscine et à cote de la cuisine d'été pour faire rotir des gambas et grillades. Merci Alain et Véronique pour cette semaine de toussaint

Avant tout, un grand merci à Alain et Véronique pour leur accueil, leur prévenance, leur disponibilité et leur confiance ! La maison est à la fois très belle mais elle est surtout pensée avec intelligence et est très fonctionnelle ! L'environnement est très calme et la vue est magnifique !
