Guests who book and stay at The Pearl of Navarre between now and January 1 will encounter ongoing balcony construction managed by the HOA. Work may be visible or audible during your stay. Because of this, we are offering a 20% discount for all reservations falling within these dates. (The 20% discount is already included in the online price. This special is valid on NEW reservations made on or after November 14, 2025 only and cannot be combined with any other special.)
This beachfront condo is a true "Fan-ta-Sea" with three-bedrooms, three-bathrooms, and can easily accommodate up to 10 people.
As you enter the condo you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and the living room which leads to the balcony that has stunning views of the Emerald coast. The master bedroom and bathroom features a king bed, a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. The additional two bedrooms which include a king bed in one and a queen and a full over full bunk bed in the other, make it the perfect place for family and friends to spend time with their toes in the sand. This room can also be conjoined with Pearl 802 (if available) to sleep an additional eight guests.
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!
