Modern 2 bedroom apartment one with a King Size and en suite shower room, the other with full size bunk beds (the sofa is an IKEA sofabed too). Open plan kitchen / dinning room / living room. Approx 70m2. 7 min walk from Kingston Railway Station which is 31 mins on the train from Waterloo. Also well served by buses. Comes with wifi, TV, washing machine and separate tumble dryer, hair dryer, pots and pans, cuttlery, central heating, gas hob, electric oven. microwave, toaster.
A few minutes walk from The Bentall Shopping Centre, Sainsbury's Supermarket, Kingston Market, Kingston Riverside. free 1 parking space.

Short stay, centrally located

Perfect for our needs. Arriving at Heathrow after a long journey from Australia it was an easy x2 bus journey from Terminal 4 to Kingston and a brisk 10 minute walk from the bus stop. Centrally located to Richmond & Bushey Park, picking up the tube from Richmond into central location to see all the sights. Perfect 3 night stop.

Nice apt to stay while enjoying London

Had everything we needed for our 3 week stay in London. Modern Washer, dryer, kitchen appliances. Well equiped kitchen. Plenty of on demand hot water. Good wi-fi. A small outdoor space. Elevators to the 2nd floor apartment. Close to trains and busses to get to all London sites. Everything worked without a hitch.

Perfect location

Perfect location for visiting family and central London. Close to Kingston centre, train station, buses etc and for walks along the river Hampton Court. Secure parking onsite great bonus and also 2 single beds for children. Apartment clean and tidy and although in large apartment block felt private enough. Large balcony due to corner location, just didnt get chance to use it. Communication with owner was excellent.

Perfect spot

We just loved this place. Very clean, all the amenities. Very secure building. Just a few minutes from the Kingston train station. Grocery store next to the train station. I’ll be sure to be in contact the next time in London.

Kingston apartment

Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Very convenient to local shops and restaurants and only 5 mins walk to the railway station for popping in and out to London City. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I would stay here again.

It was a really lovely stay

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat. The flat is near the bus and train station so you can easily travel across London and it is near to the airport in Heathrow. We can really recommend this flat for your next vacation in London

Perfect Stay

Kevin was amazing. Super quick to respond to my questions. The place is perfectly located for everything you would ever need within walking distance. I was worried something would be wrong with the property before arriving because of the very reasonable price, but the flat exceeded our expectations. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Hope to rebook when I come back to pick up my daughter after her semester abroad is over..

Wonderful flat

Flat had everything you could need. Close to all public transport . 5 mins walk to the supermarket and to the village. We all enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family. Thank you

Schönes gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig und ist idealer Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen. Supermärkte, Einkaufszentrum, Busse und Zug sind zu Fuß in 2-5 Minuten erreicht. Mit den Bussen kann man gut und preisgünstig die Nachbarorte erreichen. Mit dem Zug ist man in ca. 25 Minuten in London. In Kingston und der nahen Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, bspw. Hampton Court Palace, Kutschfahrt Bushy Park, Kew Garden Richmond- Lichtershow, Spaziergang an der Themse. Es gibt auch viele nette Cafés und Restaurants.

Exactly what we wanted

We wanted somewhere we could stay close to London, pleasant neighbourhood, close to transport, free parking and comfortable accommodation for us (2 adults, 2 children with separate lounge and two bathrooms). We found it all here. I don't think we could have found anything better for the price with a host always helpful and responsive. A great place for a very enjoyable trip.

Kingston Flat

This property was in a great location and convenient to downtown shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the train station. The area felt safe and the flat was very quiet. The owner provided detailed instructions and was in constant communication. Highly recommend, very reasonably priced.
