Beautifully remodeled and tastefully appointed modern three bedroom ski townhome next to Park City Mountain Resort. A full top to bottom modern renovation was just completed and everything is new. The location of the condo is hard to beat being located on the Golf Course and within walking distance of Park City Mountain resort! The unit is very peaceful and quiet due to it's positioning on the fairway yet it is still less then a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts. Views from the living room are of the golf course with ski lifts and runs in the background.

The new and well stocked kitchen is great if you want to stay in for meals or you're close to multiple restaurants in all price points if you choose to go out. After a day of skiing you can relax on the leather sectional in front of the flat panel HDTV or walk down the street to the on-site clubhouse, featuring hot tubs and a year round outdoor pool. High speed WIFI is available as well as HD cable TV. There is an extra half bath right off the kitchen, which is very convenient for groups. We also have a lockable ski closet and tons of storage and closet space.

If you have a car, the garage/carport is a nice and rare feature at this pricepoint this close to the resort. If you don't have a car (at this location you don't need one) the lifts are a ten minute walk or a three minute bus ride away. The stop for the free bus is about a hundred yards from our doorway. The grocery store is across the street from the entrance to our complex. Various restaurants and coffee shops are also within a short walk.

Our unit has a spacious master suite with a new and extremely comfortable king size pillow top mattress with cozy high end bedding. The en-suite master bathroom boasts warm wood floors and stone countertops providing a spa like feel.

The second bedroom also features a new pillowtop king bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has a full bed and a bonus loft sleeping space which acts as a fourth bedroom with another full bed. New and luxurious bedding and linens are in place throughout the upstairs and the same wood and stone from the master suite are carried through as well.

If you choose to come for the Sundance Film Festival, many venues are within a short walk or the free Park City shuttle will take you right to all the rest.
