Great location

2nd stay. Great location, can walk to Main St PC and very close to either Deer Valley resort or PC. Would stay again.

A lovely home close to town

A cozy house that serves as the perfect home base for your Park City stay. Town is only a short walk away and the fireplace is nice to have after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend!!

Cozy condo

The condo is cozy and kitchen is well appointed with appliances, utensils and cookware. Only thing we struggled with is that the beds are very firm but otherwise we had a nice stay.

Great Location

Easy access to skiing Deer Valley or Park City. We opted to ski Deer Valley and go out in Park City for dinner. Could have walked to either, but easy drive.

Home was just as pictured and listed. Location is fantastic. Walk to Park City Main St and a short five minute drive to Deer Valley. We had a fire going each morning before skiing and each evening after. Only issue we had was the address we were given didn't include the unit #. Was easy to figure out with a little digging.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! Sorry you had trouble with the unit number. It is included in my listing details so I will report this to VRBO. Hopefully they can clarify their instructions.

Very nice and convenient off mountain location

The property is nice and comfortable with very easy bus access to and from Deer Valley. Including the garage the space is four levels, which after a hard day of skiing can seem more daunting than it really is. But all the creature comforts are there: fireplace, TV, adequate kitchen, and easy in/out. Showers could be updated a tad, but as a home away from home, it is a very comfortable place to be. The host is terrific and provides all the information and accessories one would need to enjoy their stay. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Place badly needs a refresh

This spot is in dire need of some updating, not to mention a deep clean. Beds are uncomfortable. The furniture is dated and on the verge of falling apart. For the cost, we would not stay again. The photos look much better than the place itself.

Hi Caitlin, thank you for your review. I took it to heart and replaced the older furniture. We also did an extra deep clean this summer. The mattresses are on the firm side. I’m sorry you found them uncomfortable.

Lovely Stay

My family and I really enjoyed this stay. The house was as advertised, very well, equipped, comfortable and the service was, in a word, outstanding. The house is located very close to downtown, and to the bottom of the ski area in Park city. We absolutely loved Park city, and this house at its service were were part of that experience. A note for future residence, you need to reserve parking while going to the mountain for skiing. These reservations have to be done ahead of time as space does run out. I highly recommend this house and Jan! it was truly magical experience and we created a lot of fond family memories there. Actually, we like the area so much that we were considering buying a house in Park city.
